Let’s be honest—waiting for your nails to dry can seem like an eternity. Even worse? Your seemingly dry mani ending up in a crinkled mess. Luckily, Incoco®’s easy-to-use nail polish strips create a flawless manicure without worrying about smudging or streaking. This perfect-for-spring collection features three chic designs: Freshly Picked, a white base color accented with adorable pink flowers, Pink Parasol, a chic pink print, and Spring Vines, an aqua blue base coat with a nifty art deco pattern. Best of all, the strips last up to two weeks and come off with regular polish remover.
I have short little nails and this product is not designed for me! It was impossible to get these on to my bitten, tiny nubs effectively.1
These nail adhesives did not fit my nails at all. I followed the instructions and they still didn't stay on my nails. I'm glad these were in my birchbox so I will know never to buy them.1
I've been wanting to try nail polish strips for a while now, but haven't gotten around to it due to price/styles. Now I can say I've done it, but I won't be trying it again.
First - I didn't like the pattern, and aqua blue is not even a remote possibility on the spectrum of my wardrobe. I felt like a teenager walking around with bright blue nail stickers.
Second - the process of applying them was frustrating and disappointing. As if putting them on your nail in the first place wasn't hard enough, the act of filing the excess off of your nail is just insanity. I was careful and precise, but the edges came out all ragged - on all ten of my fingernails.
Third - these chipped faster than my normal self-applied OPI manicures do. I managed to keep them on for a total of 36 hours before the chipping finally got to me and I removed them (by the way, removing them with nail polish remover was frustrating, too - they gummed up and got all over my fingertips).
I'm sure there must be people out there who can successfully apply these, but I'm apparently not one of them, and I'm okay with that.
Honestly, I don't understand why I received this item. It is so kitschy and corny and doesn't match any of my profile attributes. The pattern is flowery and very childish - I will be sending it to my 16-year-old sister. Not sure why they would send patterned nail press ons to anyone over 18-years-old. Maybe if it was a solid color I would be more open to them.1
I would much rather have gotten an actual nail polish.1
I am sure this is a great product for girls a bit younger. I think the design is too young for me, and it isn't my style at all. I think it might be a little more "fun" if the designs were a little more modern. I received the Freshly Picked color and it reminds me of tacky wallpaper...1
These nail appliques are adorable, but not for me as a 28 year old woman. I will give them to my niece, who will enjoy them.1
Mine was a floral print, but not a cute one, just animated/child looking floral print. I wish it was a more wearable color or print in my box.2
My nails did not last two weeks, they didn't last one week! Especially when I showered, and I don't use hot water, but, I would find parts of the nail appliques at the bottom of the shower. I did get compliments on the color and design but I didn't like that they wore off so soon.2
Sweet and short. Everything that would have made them convenient made them worse by lack of durability and ease of use.2
