Let’s be honest—waiting for your nails to dry can seem like an eternity. Even worse? Your seemingly dry mani ending up in a crinkled mess. Luckily, Incoco®’s easy-to-use nail polish strips create a flawless manicure without worrying about smudging or streaking. This perfect-for-spring collection features three chic designs: Freshly Picked, a white base color accented with adorable pink flowers, Pink Parasol, a chic pink print, and Spring Vines, an aqua blue base coat with a nifty art deco pattern. Best of all, the strips last up to two weeks and come off with regular polish remover.
I love the idea of nail strips and use them fairly often (from various brands), though certainly not as often as I have my nails painted the old-fashioned way. I like the no-dry-time aspect, but I find that nail strips are often harder to remove than regular nail polish, and that was true for these Incoco ones. Mostly the reason for the mediocre score is that the pattern of these nail strips (I got "spring vines") looks cheap and the color combination is a little off. I often have "loud" and bright nails, but even I was dissatisfied with this pattern and had to remove it after only a few days, which was a shame because nail strips are intended to last much longer.3
If you're budget-conscious, this is not the best product for you. Purchasing a bottle of nail polish would be much cheaper when you consider the number of times you could use it. However, this product MAY be worth it if you find a design that you like. I didn't particularly care for the design that came in my box (pink flowers)... Too cutesy for my personal taste.3
I think the concept was cool and they are a good product, I just didn't really like the pattern as much. I would be willing to try a different design.3
I liked this product. It was a nice pop of color and I got tons of compliments!3
like these sticker things and was happy to get it because they are expensive so i never used them before, but I don't really like the pattern3
They work great!...for the first few days. After about 3 days of wearing them (I am a teacher and do a lot of hands on activities), the edges of the stickers started to peel and the tips were worn down so that I could see my nails. It's probably a great product for those less hands-on but for me I think I would rather stick with something less expensive for a 4 day manicure!
Oh and I think it would be more effective if they had more sizes available. There are small sizes and large sizes but not a lot of middle sizes (which include my pointer, middle, and ring fingers!) more sizes would be better :)
Maybe I'm just not crafty enough for this- but I couldn't get most of the nail applications to stick. I did all the instructions and i still couldn't manage to get it to work. The thumbs were the only ones that stuck - and they did look awesome, so I just painted the rest of my nails a complimentary hue. Again- not a terrible product, but I wouldn't buy it. Maybe some craftier ladies would love it, though.3
I thought this was a neat idea but i'm not sure it was entirely for me. I had trouble getting the curve just right against my cuticle. I think it would have taken me equal time to paint my nails with a quick dry product. The prints are cute though and i know i can't achieve the same look with liquid nail polish.3
It took a while to apply them, once they were on they looked nice but I would rather just stick to painting my nails the old fashioned way.3
These are easy to put on and they stay on well, however, the patterns are so subtle and pale that it seems just as easy to paint my nails a pastel color.3
