We’re big fans of two-in-one products, since they tend to decrease our primping time (and, conversely, increase the amount of sleep time). We were therefore thrilled to discover LAFACE Laboratories' PUR Purifying Facial Wash, which acts as both a foaming cleanser and toner. The gentle, soothing, citrus-scented formula removes dirt and impurities, cleaning and reviving skin. It also moisturizes, heals blemishes, and tightens pores, promoting a more uniform skin texture. Plus, anti-inflammatory and hypoallergenic ingredients make it great for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
This face wash worked great. I have sensitive skin and most face washes dry out my skin. This left it feeling moisturized and soft.5
the texture of the facewash is really nice, but the scent was way too overpowering. I don't generally like strong smelling ANYTHING and this is especially annoying because it's literally right under my nose and the scent didn't wear off for a few hours after washing my face with it.
The texture of the product is lovely, though. If I could try the same thing without this particular smell I'd be delighted to try again. My face felt very clean and velvety after using without any greasy residue.
However, some folks might be fond of the smell, so don't take my word for it. If you are turned off by strong, floral, grandma-like scents then this product is not for you. That being said it's very feminine and may appeal to the right person.
The sample size was too small, I suppose, but this would only bother me if I loved it and wanted to use it again!
Feeling like the little sample will be gone too soon. This face wash smells so good and goes on & off so clean. Make up removed quickly & without over-drying. Perfect for my summer skin care routine.5
The cleanser made my skin feel amazingly smooth all day long and helped reduce oiliness.5
I do like this facewash but I felt like it had a weird smell. It didn't feel too drying and I felt like it cleaned my face pretty well. I did not like the packaging of the sample though. It's a very liquidy product and was hard to get out of the little pot it came in.4
The face wash itself wasn't too bad but omg the way it csme packaged. ..awful.3
I really didn't care for this product. I don't think it did anything and I prefer my facewash with some scrubbing power. The texture was kind of slimy too and I didn't like that.2
I've been using Neutrogena's Oil-Free Face Wash for years... ever since my dermatologist told me I had to.. so that's all I have to compare to. I have extremely oily skin, I mean if I don't put powder on by lunch time, I'll be drenched in oil, runny mascara and all. This product made my skin feel amazing right after I used it, but it didn't get all of the makeup off the first time so I used it twice. The next morning when I woke up, my face just felt like it hadn't been washed at all.
I would recommend this for people that have dry or combination skin, but not for oily skin types.
Not only does this face wash help firm up your skin a little bit, but it has a nice subtle fragrance to it. Generally, I shy away from face washes with fragrance because I have super sensitive skin, but this one worked great, didn't dry out my face, but left me feeling clean and fresh. Two thumbs up.5
I really liked this product. Wish I had more of a sample to see how it affected my skin over a period of time. In general I think it will be a good summer swap for my beauty routine; left my face feeling fresh and cleansed.4
