Get gorgeous, shimmery eyes with these satiny shadows, which run the gamut from soft and neutral—we love the toffee-hued Bentonite and warm, burnished Granite—to intensely pigmented. Our favorite shade? Blue Toile, a periwinkle blue. It’s the perfect way to incorporate the blue shadow trend into your makeup routine.
Great lasting all day stay. Love the color. Didn't brush off like other eye shadows and very vibrant. Great going out style.5
The Santa Fe color can layer well and compliment a coral or orangey red color of lipstick. The texture of the shadow is lovely and lasts. I am new to layering and experimenting with shadows, and the Make shades have great value for money.5
Generally, I prefer matte finishes on my eyeshadows, but MAKE's Satin Finish Eyeshadow is exactly what I was looking for to contour and blend with my more dramatic shades. For a perfect day/night transition shadow, Granite amps up the smokey eye. For light, neutral, barely-there shimmer, Bentonite Clay is ideal. But my favorite is Gilded, a soft, shimmery gold that blends beautifully with nearly everything and gives the whole eye a warm glow without any metallic harshness.
Like MAKE's other shadows, the Satin Finish stays put (without losing shimmery flecks on the cheek or lower lid), resists creasing, and holds its color for the full day. These may very well be my favorite single-shade eyeshadow products available.
Love my MAKE Satin Finish Eyeshadow and intend on buying other colors. The finish wears well and stays on which is super important folks!!!5
I got MAKE's eyeshadow in Santa Fe, and as someone with fair, pink-undertoned skin, dark-blonde eyebrows, and blue eyes, I was blown away by how subtle and pretty this sort of blush-pink shadow was in complementing these features. I used to wear more brown-based shadows, especially after being told they were better for blue eyes, but this pink is not nearly as harsh and can easily be layered for whatever strength of pigment you'd like. I still own tons of beige/tan/brown shadows, but the one shadow I go to every day and even for nights out is this favorite pink gem.5
I got the Bentontine Clay. I could barely see the color. I like more matte colors. Might like a different color next time - will give to my daughter.2
As a little older female, this tan is a nice base color for everyday wear. It doesn't age me but is a good base for other color or simple day wear.5
These eyeshadows are super pigmented, I will give them that, but the color I received was awful, at least for my skin tone. It looks like a denim blue and reminds me of a shade that would be worn in the 80's with crimped hair and bright pink lipstick. No, thank you. Maybe if I would have received a neutral tone I would have liked it better.3
I actually liked the blue color quite a bit, but the teeny little container it came in was sort of hard to work with in my regular human hands. If the full-size was $15, I'd buy it.3
I wear glasses, and the nude/light brown shadows completely disappear under my glasses. This eyeshadow in Blue Toile, just the right amount of pigment to make my eyes look lovely under my glasses. I would definitely buy this again!5
