The word “corrector” can sometimes remind us of grade school days: red Xs from teachers that signified you’d goofed on your multiplication tables yet again. But this is one corrector that will make you smile. Whether your dark undereye circles are genetic, a result of poor circulation, or a sign of stress and lack of sleep, the potent formula delivers real results: Based on consumer feedback, 90 percent of people see visibly lighter dark circles after two weeks of use.
I am sad to report that this is the worst eye cream I've ever purchased. It has burnt my eyes every night that I've put it on before bed and it leaves me with red, dry skin under the outter corners of my eyes in the morning. Super disappointed because it was expensive and I like many of Strivectin's other products!1
Burned my eyes, and for nothing. Yet another product that did nothing to my raccoon eyes. Still holding out hope I'll one day find a product that even slightly reduces my dark circles... :/1
Didn't get to try long enough to see if it works. It makes my eyes sting and water really bad which is alarming. So stopped using it after several attempts.1
Tried and thought moisturizing but did not do a thing for my dark circles after using it religiously for two months. Not a truly big surprise, my dark circles seem to be resistant to everything made to help them!1
Moisturizing, but it didn't do anything for my dark circles after 2 months of use. Fine lines were still there as well. I'll be trying something else.2
I had such high hopes for this product. I researched it and read reviews and REALLY wanted it to work. Unfortunately I didn't get to use it beyond a few day because it made my eyes hurt really badly. I tried a couple of times with the same results so I had to give up. I don't want to knock the product but if you have sensitive skin or eyes be forewarned. On a bright note, the return process with Birchbox was very simple, so if you want to try this product, I would recommend getting it here just in case you have a reaction like I did.2
I wanted to love this product, but am not impressed. I've been using this for upwards of a month and have seen little to no result. It does sting a bit so if you have sensitive eyes I wouldn't recommend it. I also wonder if it only works on those with certain types of dark circles because I have tan skin and it did nothing for me. Back to the drawing board...2
Even though I am careful to keep this product away from my eye, it somehow still managed to irritate my eyes. I wasn't able to use it long enough to see results.2
This product started to work after about a month or so I could tell a difference. I haven't used any other eye creams to compare it to, but it seems to work fairly well. I will probably try a different one in the future.3
This product smells really nice, and is easy to apply. It does seem to have a visible effect. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and have noticed a change. However, for the half hour or so after I apply it, my eyes sting like they're dry/tired and water like crazy. I have to wait to apply makeup due to the tearing up. If I'm really careful to pat it on lower, and let it dry before moisturizing, I can mostly avoid this, but it is a pain as that isn't the only area where I want it to do its thing.3
