Holding up your pants with your thumbs just doesn’t cut it once you’ve graduated from straw hats and cleaning your teeth with a piece of wheat. And frankly, neither does that single plain brown leather belt you’ve owned since fifth grade. As with neckties, your belt game demands both quality and variety. This simple, two-tone textured solution is the perfect place to start when you’re ready to get serious about building out your closet’s belt lineup.
This thing is loooong. Like an extra 6+ inches when buckled around my 34" waist. I returned it--it looked ridiculous. It's also quite narrow, and the material doesn't seem all that durable. If the size was correct I probably would have kept it and worn it though.1
It was absolutely a cool product but the one size fits all idea is hard to work with. I have a 32 inch waist and it almost wrapped me TWCE.1
A one-size fits all belt is a lousy idea. Only reason to do this is if you are trying to cut manufacturing costs and deliver one product to save money. It may work with other products, but not a belt.
This belt is too large and if I choose to wear it I have to stuff the extra 6 inches of belt in my pocket.
Please do not provide me with any clothing that is one-size fits all. I am an individual with specific needs. Not a generic guy.
First, I need to preface this by saying I ordered this box for my husband. He took one look at the belt and raised a derisive eyebrow at me. It was the "I don't think so" expression. Sigh. Personally, I thought it was a great item in the box and high quality but if the belt doesn't look heavy metal, then my husband isn't wearing it. That's what I get for marrying a musician. Alas, I will be giving this belt away.1
First off the size is way too large. I'm 6'4" 215 and expected this would fit a 35/36" waist just fine but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Belt wrapped around all the way around the side of my hip. It's also a very narrow belt and just hasn't found a place in my wardrobe... yet. Maybe once the summer hits I'll give it another look.1
I might not be "current" or something, however, this belt is odd for me in many ways. First of all, it looks incredibly cheap. Second, I don't see how this is "current" anywhere other than SoHo (certainly not in Dallas). Finally, I don't know how (based on my profile) this was even sent to me. Weird item, Birchbox...1
Looks cheap and is way too large to it hands way off your waist1
Wasn't in the video. I thought I would at least get the water bottle.1
The belt is a decent concept and comes in a good color but the belt is at least 6 inches too big, which means I'll never wear it.1
My husband was disappointed when he received this item. It seemed very cheaply made and not very "manly".1
