One little box (seriously--it's 4 inches high and 3 inches wide) contains everything you need to sow and grow your own aromatic basil or spicy chili peppers.
It is the cutest little starter kit. It comes with everything that you need and grows so well. I love it!5
Loved my Basil kit, can't wait to harvest my fresh basil for cooking! Everything you need is included, place a saucer under pot because water runs through quickly.5
No basil, yet, but the packaging is great and the product seems easy to use! Going to pick up a pepper plant and try a few others.5
Until now, the only experience I've had with growing plants has been a small cactus- I was intimidated to move to anything else, but this kit made it super easy. I received the basil one in my birchbox Home: from the garden box and I think I may need to try the spicy chili peppers as well as the directions were easy to follow and I'm just waiting for my basil to bloom.5
I got my garden box lastnight and I have already planted my basil seeds. I always have basil in my kitchen. Perfect small size!!!5
This is acute and convenient little pot, ideal for a gift. One important attribute not mentioned in the product description: the pot leaks like a sieve! Please put the pot on a saucer or in a small bowl in order to prevent a flood.4
I can't wait to see this little plant grow! It was very easy to plant, and the bot will be very easy to transfer to a larger pot when it's time.4
This is such a great idea if people found that it grew I had trouble with mine I grew sprouts but it didnt grow much more then that so not sure if it was me or the product. ( COUld have been me).3
I was super excited to start growing my own little basil and peppers in my apartment, since I have no outdoor space. I watered my plants religiously and kept them in direct sunlight. While they started growing, they stopped at a miniscule size. No peppers grew and the basil didn't even grow big enough to use. Novelty idea, didn't pan out.3
I got this basil kit and followed the directions, and in just a few days there were tiny sprouts and I was well on my way to basil! It was looking a little sad in the window, though, so I put it on my front porch. It flourished until something knocked it over and ate the tiny leaves. Oh well! I'd try it again in the future and just refrain from moving it outdoors.3
