There are two spots that feature prominently in our wanderlust-fueled daydreams: SoCal beaches and Parisian sidewalk cafés. Luckily, we can live vicariously through this refreshing fragrance. Folle de Joie, which translates to crazy with joy, evokes both the relaxed and playful vibe of California and the seductiveness and refinement of the City of Light. The perfume opens with a burst of freshness from a blend of citrus and a light woodsy floral, giving way to hints of cognac. Its middle notes—jasmine and Damascenia rose—give the scent a carefree, summery vibe. Warm base notes of spicy woods and rich leather add a seductive finish.
Im sure there are some that will love this but
i did not. Too strong of a floral scent for me, however it did last on my skin for a LONG time.
This one is not for me. It is a bit of a heavy scent. At first I smelt the citrus and florals. After a few minutes those notes are gone, and I'm left with a musky wood smell. Ready to wash it off!1
This perfume wasn't a good fit for me and I was regretful when I sprayed it on my wrist that I'd have to wear it.1
This was too strong for me...but most scents are. This gave me a headache.1
I'm not going to say that this straight up smelled bad because to be fair, it didn't. But, that being said, I don't think it smelled good either. It had a floral scent to it but it was a bit overpowering. I'm more of a fruity floral kind of girl...1
I'm very sensitive to strong perfume so I sadly couldn't use this.1
Was just not a scent that I liked; It has a stinging sweet and sour kind of smell to me, that im just not in to.1
A light and airy scent, but I'm not one for perfumes. This is one of the few samples that didn't make me sneeze or give me headache...so that's good.1
Far too strong and floral. It gave me an immediate headache! That said, I prefer spicy/earthy/incense-like scents.1
Not a huge fan of this smell, but I'm sure it would smell great on others, just doesn't mix well with my chemistry.1
