There are two spots that feature prominently in our wanderlust-fueled daydreams: SoCal beaches and Parisian sidewalk cafés. Luckily, we can live vicariously through this refreshing fragrance. Folle de Joie, which translates to crazy with joy, evokes both the relaxed and playful vibe of California and the seductiveness and refinement of the City of Light. The perfume opens with a burst of freshness from a blend of citrus and a light woodsy floral, giving way to hints of cognac. Its middle notes—jasmine and Damascenia rose—give the scent a carefree, summery vibe. Warm base notes of spicy woods and rich leather add a seductive finish.
I really liked the smell of this. It reminds me of Clinique Happy. My boyfriend told me I "smelled good" - for him to say something he must have really liked it! The price is a bit high, but I'm thinking about buying it...5
I absolutely love the fresh smell of this perfume. Although it is heavy when you first put it on, it becomes lighter and the scent lingers all day long. The only downside I can think of for this product is the price tag for that size :-/5
I love how it lasts! It smells amazing! If it weren't $100 a bottle I'd purchase it in a heartbeat!5
Beautiful smell. Very fresh and floral. Smells like a summer day.4
It is quite long lasting pretty potent scent. As for my personal preferences, the scent is not for me. After wearing it a couple of minutes it has given me a headache3
The scent is pretty and forward (not terribly light). I wore it once and found it pleasant but not a favorite...too sweet for me.3
I love this smell, my sample is amazing. But I don't have the money to spend on it currently. Worth it, if you can afford it.5
I love this scent. It's light, clean and so soft. I would have never picked up such a frangrance in the store, but I really enjoy it.5
I enjoyed the smell however I have other scents that I perfer over this one.4
