There are two spots that feature prominently in our wanderlust-fueled daydreams: SoCal beaches and Parisian sidewalk cafés. Luckily, we can live vicariously through this refreshing fragrance. Folle de Joie, which translates to crazy with joy, evokes both the relaxed and playful vibe of California and the seductiveness and refinement of the City of Light. The perfume opens with a burst of freshness from a blend of citrus and a light woodsy floral, giving way to hints of cognac. Its middle notes—jasmine and Damascenia rose—give the scent a carefree, summery vibe. Warm base notes of spicy woods and rich leather add a seductive finish.
This scent was very fresh and not too heavy. It lasts all day and I have received a lot of compliments.5
It's not a bad scent, just not something I would wear1
I really enjoyed this scent. It was a bit "sophisticated" which is nice for more formal events. The scent wasn't overpowering and lasted throughout the day.4
Light, floral, good for summer days, but on my body chemistry, can sometimes stray toward a soap-y smell4
I don't usually wear perfume, but this one was really light and nice. If I bought perfume, I would probably buy this one.5
This smells lovely, but I'd rather stick with the fragrances I already own, especially at that cost. I use Daisy by Marc Jacobs pretty regularly, and I think for the price I'll just stick with that for now.4
I liked this perfume. It was great I just don't know about the price4
I love lighter scents and am very picky when it comes to perfume. This scent was amazing and lasted a long time.5
Honestly, I'm not a huge perfume fan. I prefer light scents. While this was an okay scent, it wasn't my cup of tea. If you like perfumes, I'd suggest buying it.2
almost a little too flowery..this perfume is on the medium to heavy side in my opinion. if you are partial to citrus and light florals like me you might not like this scent.3
