There are two spots that feature prominently in our wanderlust-fueled daydreams: SoCal beaches and Parisian sidewalk cafés. Luckily, we can live vicariously through this refreshing fragrance. Folle de Joie, which translates to crazy with joy, evokes both the relaxed and playful vibe of California and the seductiveness and refinement of the City of Light. The perfume opens with a burst of freshness from a blend of citrus and a light woodsy floral, giving way to hints of cognac. Its middle notes—jasmine and Damascenia rose—give the scent a carefree, summery vibe. Warm base notes of spicy woods and rich leather add a seductive finish.
This fragrance is fruity and clean at the same. I can see how it would be a nice Summer Scent. I personally don't like it because I got an instant headache the moment I put it on my wrists. I might just be super sensitive.1
This scent is very nice. Bright summer scent. Wish sample was in a different bottle these are hard to hold onto and spray at the same time.5
This perfume is very strong. I don't think it smells summery at all. I could not handle wearing this. Simply put, it justs smells bad.1
I can't stand how strong it is, but I can understand how others might love it. Floral scents just aren't for me!2
This scent was way too strong for my taste. I am not a big perfume person at all, so I may not be objective but it was too strong- if anyone was wearing it it'd bother me.1
too much rose for my tastes - a little heavy for summer3
I can't stop smelling my wrist when I wear this luxurious perfume. A little goes a long way, the smell is so pleasant, and I can't wait to buy my own full size bottle.5
im extremely picky when it comes to fragrances. this one simply did not make the cut for me.3
This has a very powdery girly scent. Kinda of strong at first, but lightens up and becomes more mellow as you wear it. Not my favorite scent, but a good one to have in the rotation.3
When I first sprayed this on I thought yuck. It smelled like bug spray and baby powder. The smell literally gave me a headache.2
