There are two spots that feature prominently in our wanderlust-fueled daydreams: SoCal beaches and Parisian sidewalk cafés. Luckily, we can live vicariously through Joie’s refreshing new fragrance. Folle de Joie, which translates to “crazy with joy,” evokes both the relaxed and playful vibe of California and the seductiveness and refinement of the City of Light.
I love the smell of this. Its soft and subtle. A little lasts all day4
I love this perfume. The first time I tried I saved up my points and bought it. I was excited to get another sample of it to keep in my purse. It's so feminine and light. Love!5
I will purchase this perfume in the not-too-distant future because it smells amazing. I'm going to have to save my points for this!4
This perfume's scent is absolutely intoxicating! It has a feminine yet vibrant floral scent right at the start, then settles into strong hints of rose. It's true in the description of this perfume that it is reminiscent of Paris- My Husband and I recently traveled there, in which rose scented perfumes are very popular/common. I am still kicking myself that I only purchased one bottle of French perfume with that rose character, as I can't find anything locally that is anything like it-until now!! Imagine my surprise when I opened my Birchbox to smell this!! The downside is that it does not last very long, but the scent itself is worth it for me to have to respray midday.5
I wore this out with my father and neither of us liked the smell. I feel like it smelled like something my great grandmother would have worn. My dad complained all night the smell was suffocating him and told me to never wear it again and I never will.1
This perfume is a perfect spring/summer fragrance! It smells just like gardenias which is why I absolutely love it! It is a very strong perfume so I would only use a max of two pumps. The only reason why I haven't purchased this perfume yet is the price. But I'm definitely on the verge of splurging.5
I love the smell of the perfume but I just can not spend 99 dollars on a fragrance. I wish that I could because I would buy it.5
I really liked the scent of it. But I am not a perfume kind of girl. The price is a bit frightening because of that. But I can appreciate this scent and it seemed to last for a while.4
I really wish birchbox allowed users to mark allergens. I dislike getting perfume samples as they trigger all kinds of nasty responses in my body. It's hard for me to say whether this smells good--I threw it out before the fragrance had a chance to escape. Too bad, it could have gone to someone who likes perfume samples.1
I received this scent in my box previously and did not like it. I have a fragrance sensitivity and this fragrance gave me a really bad migraine. Can't say that I recommend it.2
