Whether you indulged in a late-night House of Cards marathon or too many carefree teenage summers at the beach, your face doesn't have to broadcast the effects of your past choices. This hydrating eye cream reduces dark circles and puffiness while working over time to improve elasticity and soften fine lines. It also includes a mineral UVA+UVB sunscreen to block damaging rays to keep future aging signs at bay.
I don't understand why I would need to buy a special eye cream when I already use my wife's facial moisturizer with sun screen when I need to.4
I hate my darkly-circled, puffy eyes. I would love to find anything that actually makes them disappear (not the eyes, but the awful stuff around them). I've tried many different eye creams and to no effect. Including this one, I am most sorry to say. But it really never had a chance. The research shows that ALL of these eye products are grossly ineffective. Some of the techniques that do help (as opposed to 'work') are: using something cold on the puffiness to constrict vessels, anti-hemorrhoidal creams, tea bags, avoiding alcohol, and staying well-hydrated. But again- they help, not eradicate.
I was determined to give this product a fair hearing (or seeing, I suppose) and I tried to be somewhat scientific in my approach. For one week, I applied the cream to only one eye. By the end of the week, not only did I not notice any differences, but I asked several friends if they could tell which eye had been experimented upon and which eye was the control. At best, it was 50/50, which suggests everyone was just guessing. No one stated they saw a difference. Most admitted this and then gave it their best shot. So take that "science" for what it's worth. I don't want to give up on these miracle eye cures, but it's not looking good (so to speak). Do any of these really work? Eye just don't think so.
I don't notice anything spectacular about this product. I've used it 3 times & don't really see any difference; feels like I get the same effect using lotion.2
Nice eye cream, good consistency. Not a strong smell which is nice too.5
I like that this eye cream has a sun protection component, but the sample container was not even half full and so I could not determine from just four uses whether the product would be useful.3
The texture and appearance of this eye care product is similar to sun screen. Knowing the sensitive under-eye area is protected from the sun is a plus, however there was a lasting "whiteness" under my eyes for a period of time after use.4
Nice and light. I was worried about it being heavy on my skin but those concerns turned out to be unjustified4
This eye cream seems to work well, but I can't really know based on the number of uses that I got from the sample.4
This was a great find for me. I instantly felt a bit of tightening around my eyes and feel like I've already seen a difference.5
If you are looking for a sunscreen - then this could be an interesting product for you. I was hoping for more of an ant-aging cream for my eyes, but this is essentially just zinc oxide. Again, which is fine if you are looking for a zinc oxide sunscreen. It goes on like most zinc oxide products - it tends to be a bit greasy, and doesn't absorb very well.2
