Can't decide between two nail polish hues? The pros at Ruby Wing have come up with a solution to the ultimate polish conundrum: color-changing polish. Wear one vibrant shade indoors, and embrace a totally different color when the sun's UV rays hit your nails, thanks to the brand's SolarActive® Technology. Each Ruby Wing polish is non-toxic, vegan, and environmentally safe—plus has a light floral scent
I received Kitten Heels as a sample which paints on pink and changes to red in the sunlight but the transitioning didn't work on me, like it ended up being a pink-red not the bright red on the swatch sticker. The best thing about this polish is its consistency and it did not leave streaking when applying to nails. The pink is way too bright and reminded me of highlighter pink, which I appreciated in high school but as an adult not so much. The "red" that I saw looked nice but kind of flat not as bright as its pink counterpart. I wished it was reversed that you only see the pink in the sunlight because if you spend most of your days out of the sun it is a color of red is not a "look at me!" drawing lots attention to your hands type of color unlike the pink cause its well like a highlighter lol.1
I have the hot pink that changes to read. Or, at least, it's supposed to do so. I couldn't tell the difference. Maybe it works better with the colors that aren't so close to each other? The pink is at least a cute color. Just doesn't change colors.1
I was not impressed with this product. The glitter was kind of young and I will be giving it to my niece.1
My 4 year old liked the gold glitter polish but it wasn't something I would use for myself.1
The glitter clumped on my nails and would not spread evenly.1
I got the poppy color and it it was hot barbie pink. no good for my pink undertones.1
Too much glitter....this belongs in an arts and crafts shop.1
Didn't like this product at all. The color (both colors) didn't look right, and the lasting power wasn't that great.1
I liked the idea of this nail polish and it looked cute for a few hours. It started chipping there after, and it flaked off in about one day. I think one would need at least 3 top coats for it to fully adhere to the nail.1
I recited a sample of the sparkly gold/red polish. It's a fun idea but the glitter made it to kiddish for me. I put two layers on my nails on just to try to out. After I walked outside and saw the color change I took it off. The glitter was just to much. I might try out a solid color. Good sized sample.1
