Can't decide between two nail polish hues? The pros at Ruby Wing have come up with a solution to the ultimate polish conundrum: color-changing polish. Wear one vibrant shade indoors, and embrace a totally different color when the sun's UV rays hit your nails, thanks to the brand's SolarActive® Technology. Each Ruby Wing polish is non-toxic, vegan, and environmentally safe—plus has a light floral scent
I saw that OPI was going out in February boxes and I was so excited because that's my favorite nail brand, practically the only one I use. Instead,I got this. Bright pink, color changing nail polish. What am I, twelve? Even the packaging I'd young and cheap looking... the logo was half scraped off by the time I opened my box. I tried it regardless and it went on okay, didn't chip quickly, and I guess I'm glad it's vegan (?) But the color was so obnoxiously bright and pink. Didn't change color outside and didn't have a fragrance like the description above claims. I'll be removing it before work on Monday.2
I was very eager to try this polish as soon as I saw it in my Birchbox. While I loved the vivid pink of "Kitten Heels," I did not notice it change color at all in the sunlight.--to my dismay it also started chipping earlier than most of my other polishes.2
Just a gold glitter polish. Does change color in the sun but nothing really special.2
I am a fan of solid colors... Ride em cowgirl has medium flecks of gold snd some rectangular pieces of silver. Looks pretty on. I am having trouble seeing thr sunlight induced ruby red. Maybe because it is winter??? Anyway, not really my favorite. Plus, sparkly chunky nail colors are difficult to remove.2
I got Ride Em Cowgirl in my box. The color combination is not for me. I love duochromes but this seems gimmicky to me.2
I got the Ride 'Em Cowgirl in my box, and it brought me back to 7th grade, when it was cool to wear glitter nail polish, because that is all this color is; glitter in clear nail polish. I haven't been able to test out the color changing aspect yet, but I'm not sure that I will in this one, since I don't really feel that wearing glitter nail polish is appropriate in an office setting. I do think the idea is great and will probably by the other color.2
Super tarty color. Glitter clumped no matter how carefully it was painted on.2
I love the concept of this, I just wish I hadn't gotten the gold glitter, It looks cheap and a bit tacky.2
I received the Kitten Heels and while the pink is pretty, it did not change color in the sun. :(2
I like the idea of the color changing mail polish. The bright pink was notify color so I didn't wear it long but it seemed like a good polish. No chips in the 3 days. Changed color fairly quick in sunlight. Wish I had had another color but the only other options are glittery so I probably won't buy due to lack of color choices.2
