Can't decide between two nail polish hues? The pros at Ruby Wing have come up with a solution to the ultimate polish conundrum: color-changing polish. Wear one vibrant shade indoors, and embrace a totally different color when the sun's UV rays hit your nails, thanks to the brand's SolarActive® Technology. Each Ruby Wing polish is non-toxic, vegan, and environmentally safe—plus has a light floral scent
So far I haven't seen the color change BUT, it's not exactly super sunny in michigan in the winter. so we'll see. The original pink is pretty enough for me to be happy with the product regardless.3
I liked the idea, but wasn't for me. Looked super cute on my 4 year old daughter though! She loved it.2
Didn't like this product at all. The color (both colors) didn't look right, and the lasting power wasn't that great.1
This was a nice polish in a nice color, but it didn't really change color in the sun like it was supposed to. It went from a hot pink to a slightly more hot pink in the sun. Not that this is a determining factor for me when I buy nail polish, but I thought I'd mention that it didn't really do what it said it was supposed to do.3
love! The color is so fun, the fact that it changed color in the sun is a plus. Stayed put for a few days and got many compliments.5
The hot pink color is fantastic! And the color it turns in the sun is pretty great also.5
I liked the idea of this nail polish and it looked cute for a few hours. It started chipping there after, and it flaked off in about one day. I think one would need at least 3 top coats for it to fully adhere to the nail.1
This polish goes on nicely and the colors are very vibrant.4
This polish is very opaque and goes on smoothly but it didn't change colors for me. I don't know if I did something wrong or got a bad batch but I did not notice in color variation.3
I really liked the gold sparkly color and think it looks nice with one layer as a subtle sparkle or multiple layers for a big evening out. As for changing colors-mine never did (probably due to the fact I live in a rainy area) and it flaked off in big flakes which was a little embarrassing.2
