Can’t decide between two nail polish hues? The pros at Ruby Wing have come up with a solution to the ultimate polish conundrum: color-changing polish. Wear one vibrant shade indoors, and embrace a totally different color when the sun's UV rays hit your nails. Better yet, these polishes are lightly scented with the floral notes. We’re adding these to our mani must-have list.
Recieved the pink polish put it on and it didn't change colors. Tried it one more time and it didn't work again! I was very disappointed after being so excited to get it in my Birchbox and loved the idea.1
I've never tried a polish like this before. It was a nice color, both indoors and out. It applied easily and did not chip right away.4
I did not like this product, as it was impossible to remove. I didn't try acetone but probably should have in this case.2
It's ok. It goes on a lil thick but still needs two coats. The color change is good. Just not my thing.3
Not only is it awesome that it changes color in the sun (and it actually does!) but it's a very high quality nail polish. It goes on smoothly, and holds up through days at the beach tromping around in the sand. Love the bright color and it's so fun that it changes outside.5
I love the idea of changing colors upon sun exposure. I liked the color(s) I was sampled with and have used it many times. The only down side is it's hard to get off (with nail polish remover, of course)4
I didnt notice any color changing when I used this polish. The color was nice and it seemed to last as long as any others.4
I received a lot of compliments on the color, and I was super impressed by the length of wear. It did not chip easily and looked great. I have the "Groupie" polish and liked the nice rose color that it changed into.4
Its fun to see the polish changing, but it doesn't last long. Maybe if you add a base coat and a top coat... but thats too much work for me ;)3
The color of the nail polish is nice, and the scent was not as harsh as most nail polishes. However, the color change wasn't as drastic as I was hoping and only worked in the direct 100% sunlight.3
