These small-batch jams have been a favorite of New Yorkers since Sarabeth Levine starting making them from her Manhattan apartment. Luckily for the rest of the world, the one-woman operation is now a global empire. We eat these all-natural preserves straight from the jar Tom Sawyer-style, paired with almond butter on whole wheat for a healthy riff on PB&J, or as a jewel-toned filling in holiday cookies.
I used this to top a wedge of brie and wrapped it in puff pastry. Just bake it for 15 minutes and you have the best appetizer!5
This jam is delicious! I use it with peanut butter or in plain yogurt. It is just so good! Once you have jam like this it is hard to try anything else.5
I gave this to my niece, who is a foodie, for Christmas and she loved it! I'm sure we will be buying more when we run out!5
My husband and I polished this off in a week! It is very, very good. I found it to be thick but it is not like spreadable fruit.5
My new favorite thing to do is to sit on my deck with my kitties in the morning with a book or magazine, coffee, and toast. This spread brings it all together perfectly.5
I absolutely loved the taste of this. It was great on my PB&J english muffins or just plain on a piece of toast. I definitely need to order more.5
I love Sarabeth products! I have used this as a macaron filling and on biscuits. I am looking forward to trying other flavors.5
I love this product!! It is so tasty. I bought the mixed berry and will definitely buy some other flavors as well. It is a little thin, unlike typical jams and I wasn't sure I would like it at first. However, it spreads so easily and it takes very little. I can't wait to try more flavors!5
The local market in my tiny town has a pretty sad selection, so I love to order food items from Birchbox. I ordered the apricot flavor and now I'm ruined for all other jams and spreads. So delicious! Its flavor is better than my mom's homemade apricot jam, which I would never tell her to her face! Would make an excellent gift.5
I saw the peach apricot variety and just had to get this to pair with pierogis. It's great because it is just sweet enough to pair with sour cream, but isn't overwhelming or too sweet. If you like peach and apricot, this is definitely one to get. If you're looking for an overwhelming amount of flavor, probably not the route to go, but Sarabeth's was perfect for what I was looking too use it for. Would also work well for baking or a slow cooker recipe.5
