We're firm believers that everyday routines deserve special occasion-worthy details, which is why we're currently transforming our daily shower regimen into a transporting experience with this bath soap from artisanal brand LAFCO. The custom, Italian-made blend of wild rose, black currant and bayberry evokes an English garden in summer (is there any place you'd rather be?), while luxurious lather both cleans and hydrates.
i use it by the sink to wash our hands. it has a nice clean smell. kind of fancy ;-)3
I liked the initial rose scent, but there seems to be after scent that I am not fond of - almost smells a little like something is burnt. I like the texture of the soap, just wished it was a different scent.3
It smells really good, however do not use it if you have an allergy to perfumes. I didn't bother looking at the directions before trying it, and I ended up breaking out in a rash.3
soaps texture is good, but I don't care for the smell... reminds me of grandmas house3
Although I love trying new products, I wasn't too thrilled to get soap in my birchbox...3
The scent of this soap is fresh and clean. Made my hands feel soft and smooth after washing.3
Like the other reviewer, I loved the bubbly texture... but it drove my allergies CRAZY (fleurs). Such a lovely product if you're not sensitive to floral scents.3
I loved the sample size and packaging.
The scent was good (Fleurs de Baies), but might prefer another.
Biggest criticism is price. I know I can find other soaps for half the price that work just as well.
This soap has a pleasing, slightly floral fragrance. It is a nice soap to have in a guest bathroom. I personally prefer foaming pump hand soaps. If this soap was made in that format with the same smell and cleaning ability, I would by it in a heartbeat. I just don't like using soap that several people have touched.3
Fancy soap, smells good, if I have a fancy guest I'll break it out.3
