We're firm believers that everyday routines deserve special occasion-worthy details, which is why we're currently transforming our daily shower regimen into a transporting experience with this bath soap from artisanal brand LAFCO. The custom, Italian-made blend of wild rose, black currant and bayberry evokes an English garden in summer (is there any place you'd rather be?), while luxurious lather both cleans and hydrates.
I typically use body wash and haven’t used bar soap in ages. I love the smell but not sure how I like my skin not feeling soft like after using body wash.4
This is the cutest little soap and smells wonderful. The full size is pricey for bar soap but I think it is potentially worth it given the luxuriousness of the smell/feel. The sample was definitely floral but even still it's a great size and i've been using it at my sink everyday since opening it.5
I am not a big fan of this soap. It smells like roses and cigarettes. I would never use it.2
I really liked this product, but I think it's a little pricey. The scent is very refreasjing and it feels very silky, which I loved. I am completely enjoying my sample, but I don't think I'll be purchasing a full size.4
A sample of this soap came in my April Birchbox. The packaging was really pretty and the soap itself is great--it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry afterwards. However, the scent is a little strong for me and makes me feel like sneezing. If it smelled differently, I would probably like it a lot more.3
I love this soap, and I love it's natural scent. It will make wonderful gifts in the future.5
I couldn't stand the scent. I didn't find the scent to last on my skin, which was a good thing, but I actually had to throw out the bar because I couldn't stand the scent it was giving off in my shower!1
This is fine soap but the smell is overpowering. I left the box on my coffee table for a couple of hours and developed a serious perfume-induced headache.3
I didn't love this soap. The lather is nice and it washes off leaving my skin feeling nice. The fragrance (Fleurs de Baies) was very "grandmotherly" to me. I just wasn't impressed. In addition, I kept the soap at the bathroom sink (in the spirit of "guest soap") and it cracked very quickly (within three to five uses).3
I really liked this soap. The smell was fresh and pretty and it was non-drying. A great sample size too!4
