Some things get better with age: cast-iron skillets, single-malt scotch, Jennifer Aniston. Sadly, our skin isn’t one of them. Fortunately, this innovative face mask repairs daily wear and tear, while addressing long-term skin concerns like fine lines and wrinkles. The potent, high-performing formula only takes five minutes to deeply cleanse tired skin, revealing a hydrated, glowing complexion
I have been using masks for years and always looking for something new. I bought this strictly on reviews and if I could have returned it I would have. It's less of a mask and much more of a cleanser or astringent. It goes on just like a soap, foams up, the bubbles settle, then you wipe it off.....the 30 seconds later you feel like you need to wash your face because it has reside and a soapy feeling left on it. Most of MG products are unique.... sticky shampoo, gooey deodorants, etc. not sure why I thought this would be different.1
I love how this starts out as a cream cleanser and after it sits it turns to bubbles. I love how the little bubbles feel on my face. I tend to have dry skin and this leaves my face clean and so soft.5
I really wanted to like this product because I like the rose hand and body wash so well (seriously, I feel like I've stepped into a garden every time I take a shower). This mask though applies awkwardly. The cream that pumps out of the bottle turns into a foam on your face. The texture creates a weird feeling on my face that I find uncomfortable. I've left it on for the recommended five minutes both times I've tried it, but maybe that was too long? By minute five, my face started to feel like it was burning. Either I left it on too long or my skin is too sensitive to use this stuff? Or it's one of those products that wants you to believe that burning means that it's working? Either way, my face did not feel "detox"ed after using it. It felt kind of dirty, like I needed to wash my face again. I think I'll throw the bottle out and not repurchase.1
(MALIN+GOETZ) detox face mask! great stuff here... once I bought my first bottle, it became a continues thing.. I have since bought 4 more.5
This product perks your face up after only 5 minutes. Feels great, and love the fresh smell! Everyone could use this!4
I use this mask once a week. it has a light scent and the tingling bubbles feel amazing on your skin. i like to put it on right before I shower so it's easy to rinse off. highly recommend!5
This is a lovely mask. It has a nice almond scent. Unlike other masks, after you apply it the mask foams up a little bit and feels nice and tingly. It doesn't dry out or irritate my skin at all. Sometimes other masks can make my skin really red and inflamed, this one is more gentle.5
This product feels great while on. Very hydrating unlike typical masks that can feel like they are drying you out while you have them on. That said,I can't say that it's more effective than other masks.3
This comes out as a creamy gel then bubbles up into a dense foam. Its perfect for relaxing and pampering yourself. I didn't find my skin feeling any cleaner than a normal cleanser, but it did feel much more hydrated. I did not notice any new blemishes after using this product, which is a problem for me with some hydrating products.
I stored it in a cool dark place without using it for about 2 months and some product leaked out, but a few pumps cleared the spout and the product seemed fine.
It's a really nice product that leaves your face feeling moisturized, supple and fresh. The only thing I don't like about it is obviously how it looks on your face when you apply it. I am rarely home alone, otherwise I would use it more often:)4
