Though our ambitious cooking attempts often end in frustration (and the occasional kitchen fire), we can still look like mini Marthas with this chic serving spoon. It’s made of durable and dishwasher-safe acrylic. The long handle makes scooping up decadent treats easy, while the whimsical design adds instant charm to any table spread.
every time I have people over, I have this spoon to serve potatoes, dessert, etc. and I get so many compliments on it. The color is so eye popping, and its very sturdy without being overbearing in size. This is great if you are looking for an accent piece on your dinner table for a party. I also have the accompanying fork, the set is pretty handy to have5
I love the updated antique look of this serving spoon. Unfortunately, it looks a bit cheap in real life. The depth of the head is also a bit shallow. It's good for spooning things that already have some weight and stay together, but not good for more liquidy items. All in all, I like it but think it may spend more time in the drawer than I had hoped.3
While this spoon was a great size, it's quite thick and doesn't have a very deep well, so I don't know that it will be great for getting things at the bottom of a serving dish. It also appears to be closer to red than orange and doesn't match any of my orange servingware; however it is fun and sturdy, so I think it still might work for its intended purpose. Should have bought several to have a "matching" set :)3
The size of the item was alright. I feel the color was nice and exactly what I expected. I purchased both the serving spoon and fork so I had a complete set.4
For some reason I thought they would be bigger with more of a flat matte finish. They are very shiny and almost shimmery. The color has a lot of dimension. I got the spoon and spork in lapis blue and it is way more purple, but still pretty. Just doesn't look like the picture. Still very cute, I love the flourishes on the handles and I think they are way overpriced, but if you save up your points to buy them it's totally worth it. Just be wary.3
