There’s something so liberating about going sockless—until your feet start sweating. And while powders and foot deodorants will absorb some of the perspiration and odor, there’s no way to fully replace the myriad benefits of a sock without actually wearing one. Here’s the ultimate solution: no-show socks, which give the appearance of bare feet without the smelly side effects.
It seems that I have been having the same issue with these socks as most other people have. They keep slipping off. The first time I wore them the left sock was the only side slipping off and I had to continually take off my shoe to slip it back on. Same thing happened the second time I wore them. Being that I wear size 13 shoes I thought that maybe they would fit more snug and I wouldn't have the same issue after I washed them but no. I like the look that it gives of "no socks" which is why I continue to wear them but now I use a piece of tape on the heel of my foot to keep the heel of the sock from slipping off.
3Which is how it's supposed to work..but.you know, some scenario will come up and you'll feel silly about having such a silly looking almost-a-sock on your feet. But their ad pitch is spot-on: everybody's feet sweat. So if you're going to try the no-sock look, these are what you need. Glad I got them in my birchbox because I might not have brought myself to buy them. But now I can do the no-sock look thing.
