Tomatoes are chock-full of good-for-you ingredients like bioflavonoids, beta-carotene, and potassium. It’s not really a surprise, then, that this superfood is also good for your skin. Yes To™’s tomato-centric line is designed to even out skin tone, resulting in a brighter, clearer complexion. The Daily Deep Pore Facial Scrub gently exfoliates away dead cells, leaving skin soft, smooth, and oil-free.
I have acne oily prone skin. this wash leaves my skin clear and clean feeling. I have to use a face cloth in order to remove all the product and it does kinda smell funny. But all said its worth it for a seriously clean face.4
I use this along with the say yes to tomatoes gel cleanser to get a better clean. On its own, I don't think it does the best job.3
I get the whole natural, paraben free aspect of this product and appreciate it, but it smells bad! Also did not really do that great of a job of cleaning my pores.2
I've been using this product for about a week, and I really like the short term results so far. I think the smell is refreshing - it smells more like the leafy part of tomato plants than the tomato part for anyone who is curious. The texture is definitely gritty, which I don't mind, but if you don't like scrubs with a gritty texture you might not like this product. Some reviewers on a different website mentioned that this scrub leaves a film that is difficult to wash off. I only experienced this when I used it in the shower, so I don't know if the heat/humidity does something to the product. After I dry off my face, I don't feel a film anymore though, so it hasn't bothered me.4
I use this product after the Yes to Tomatoes gel cleanser (which gets rid of all of the dirt on the surface of the skin) which really gives my pores a deep down cleaning - since I'm a chef and I tend to get oily and gross in the kitchen, these products are like a breath of fresh air after a day slinging food!4
I've used this product as well as their clay masque. Both of these products calmed my oily skin and helped with my cystic breakouts. My complexion looks less red and irritated and brighter overall. Highly recommend this product and this brand in general.4
This product made my skin break out in a rash. I think I am allergic to tomatoes. Also, made me very sensitive to the sunlight.3
I wasn't a fan when I first put it on my face cause it had that gritty sand texture. But I think what makes this work is the gooey liquid part of the face wash. It left my skin feeling really soft and its 97% natural according to the bottle. I got this at walmart for 9.97 plus tax so I guess it costs less on here since it ships free. I got it because of the grapefruit scrub from the birchbox this month. I think I prefer that rather than the tomato because it felt better. But its a good facewash and I recommend it. I cant comment on the smell because I have no sense of smell right now lol5
This gentle product smells fantastic and left my face feeling clean and glowing. My 12 year old daughter who certainly doesn't need it, tried it, too. She enjoyed the scent and liked the way it "scrubbed" her face.5
I would love to try this. I love the say yes to line but in not to sure about the smell I love tomatoes but washing my face with it...worth the try.4
