Lip balms are the skincare equivalent of socks: They always seem to go missing. Our solution: Stash these lip Yes to™ Carrots butters everywhere from your desk drawer to your glove compartment. Fortified with organic fruits and veggies, they soften parched lips without the help of unwelcome chemicals (no parabens, petroleum, or phthalates here) and come in lip-smacking natural flavors like mint, citrus, and berry.
I love that these have natural scents and do not have that chemical smell like some balms. However, I did find that these can be quite stiff when applying and not buttery as I had expected. They are a good deal for their price though.3
These are really cute and smell great! They do not taste nearly as good as they smell though (I found this out on accident-I don't sit around eating chap stick :))!3
Overall ok lipbalms. The different flavors are different textures and I've found some moisturize better and last longer than others. Don't mind them, but wouldn't go out of my way to buy these again.3
Didn't stay on my lips for very long, I felt as if I needed to keep reapplying. The different flavors and scents are very nice, I liked all of them.3
I feel like it's hard to review all of these at once. They're all very different lip balms. I am, however, very glad to have purchased these as a set as I would have sworn off the whole brand if I had tried the lip balm that I was most excited about out of these four.
The pomegranate was the first I tried. To say the least, I wasn't very impressed. It was very thick and left a coat of white (SPF?) on my lips.
I tried the mint next, and I still wasn't very impressed. It felt like a normal lip balm, nothing special. It definitely wasn't as thick as the pomegranate, which was a plus.
The berry was the third I tried and my personal favorite of the set. I felt as if this was the most moisturizing, and it felt heavenly on my lips.
The melon, like the mint, was nothing special. It was more moisturizing than the mint, though.
All four tasted wonderful, but taste isn't everything in a lip balm.
I'm set on lip balm for quite a while, I think, but even after I run out, I probably won't purchase these again.
I don't really like these that much. I like the brand a lot but im not so sure about their chapstick and I hate the after taste of spf3
I like the Yes To product lines, but these didn't seem to be anything special. I like the ingredients and the design, but I am not convinced it is worth the price paid.3
I initially bought these without sampling. I kept losing chapsticks and since this was a pack of four I figured I could keep one in every place (work desk, car, purse, home). But found out I like the red one the best. It slides on the smoothest and has the best flavor. Second up is the yellow one- but it's a little stiffer. I can only guess that the flavors change the consistency maybe? The Purple/pink one doesn't apply hardly at all.
Instead of using one per place, I ended up taking the red one everywhere until that one was out. Now I'm onto the yellow one. The more I use it the more slick it gets, but still not as smooth as the red one.
this chapstick keeps my lips feeling soft and tasting great! not only is the brand wonderful, but so is this product. they are all great scents and i cant seem to get enough of them3
After reading reviews on these chapsticks, I expected them to be spectacular. They are just run-of-the-mill chapsticks. While the melon, menthe, and berry ones are smooth, the pomegranate turns my lips white even if I put on just a tiny amount.3
