Lip balms are the skincare equivalent of socks: They always seem to go missing. Our solution: Stash these lip Yes to™ Carrots butters everywhere from your desk drawer to your glove compartment. Fortified with organic fruits and veggies, they soften parched lips without the help of unwelcome chemicals (no parabens, petroleum, or phthalates here) and come in lip-smacking natural flavors like mint, citrus, and berry.
If you're looking for a chap stick to keep in your purse or pocket, go for it. But that's not really what I look to Birchbox to provide me with. There are much better lip balms out there that I've found much more effective at preventing chapped lips and/or soothing them. My husband received one in his box, as well, so we're good on cheap lip balms for now.3
I received the citrus lip butter and I'm in love! I plan on purchasing the four pack. These are very soothing, nourishing, and I love that they are all natural.5
This is great chapstick. Goes on smooth and love the flavors!5
I use this as part of my bedtime routine. I ordered the 4 pack and so far have used the melon flavor. I really like the feel of this product on my lips. It's not sticky at all, and smells really nice. In the morning my lips feel nice and conditioned. I'm glad I ordered this product and would order it again.4
This is so softening to your lips and its great when you want something with no scent of tingle.5
I've been having a lot of allergic reactions to lip balms - even ones I've used for years - and these are soft, moisturizing and are suitable for my allergy lips!
Liked it but not a lot more than other natural lip balms4
I've heard of this brand before and I think bought one of hteir products awhile back - I threw this in my makeup bag and just put it on after my make-up in the morning. I personally like mint chapstick better, but this one smells good too!4
The Yes To Carrots lip balm is a solid product. It is many steps above ChapStick, and I find it less sticky than many other lip balms, such as the Burt's Bees varieties. It's slightly more firm than other lip balms I have tried, taking an extra swipe or two to get a good coverage.
I received the melon, and I like that the taste and smell aren't overpowering.
I prefer the Pangea Organics lip balms, but I'll be tossing my Yes To Carrots sample into a bag or coat pocket and expect to get some good use out of it.
I have no qualms recommending this item for those who want an low-cost and effective lip balm.
These little guys are so ideal for purse or beach bag! I do not like mint on my lips so I gave that one away and she immediately went and ordered the set off Birchbox! These are not your standard chopsticks. They have such a smooth texture and are not sticky. I love 'em!!!5
