Lip balms are the skincare equivalent of socks: They always seem to go missing. Our solution: Stash these lip Yes to™ Carrots butters everywhere from your desk drawer to your glove compartment. Fortified with organic fruits and veggies, they soften parched lips without the help of unwelcome chemicals (no parabens, petroleum, or phthalates here) and come in lip-smacking natural flavors like mint, citrus, and berry.
I received one of these in my monthly birch box and loved the product so much. When I ran out of my sample mint lip butter, I had to purchase these. Chapstick / lip balm tends to be all I wear on my lips so I am usually very picky about what I choose. This product does not cause my lips to become more chapped and it keeps them moist and smooth. I definitely recommend if you wear lip balm regularly!5
Overall ok lipbalms. The different flavors are different textures and I've found some moisturize better and last longer than others. Don't mind them, but wouldn't go out of my way to buy these again.3
Didn't stay on my lips for very long, I felt as if I needed to keep reapplying. The different flavors and scents are very nice, I liked all of them.3
I bought this product for my future sister in law who is 12. She doesn't wear a lot of makeup so this set was a great beginner gift. All four balms smell really good (and unique from the others) and feel really smooth on. She especially liked them because the moisturized without adding a lot of color (since she doesn't wear make-up yet). Came in a really cute package as well.5
These lip butters have been saving my winter lips. Chapped lips feel almost instantly better once butter is used. At first I thought it was making my lips worse, as the chapping/flaking seemed larger, but I realized it was healing the skin under the flaking so that dead skin was ready to come off. A light scrub, followed with more lip butter, and the chapping is gone. I kept 3 and gave one away as a stocking stuffer. ONLY complaint is that just one has any SPF, so be sure to use the pomegranate if replacing an actual chapstick for sports or outdoor weather.5
Love this Chapstick. Bought the package gave some as gifts and kept one for myself. It feel great on the lips and has a great smell and texture.5
I got this set because the price was great and I love "Yes to ..." products. These hydrate well and have a nice light taste. Only 4 stars because I have to re-apply to keep my lips moist.4
This product is AMAZING!!!! I love the lip butters! It feels very smooth on the lips, and is great for chapped-lips! I love this product!!! I don't think I would you any other chap-stick. :)5
I feel like it's hard to review all of these at once. They're all very different lip balms. I am, however, very glad to have purchased these as a set as I would have sworn off the whole brand if I had tried the lip balm that I was most excited about out of these four.
The pomegranate was the first I tried. To say the least, I wasn't very impressed. It was very thick and left a coat of white (SPF?) on my lips.
I tried the mint next, and I still wasn't very impressed. It felt like a normal lip balm, nothing special. It definitely wasn't as thick as the pomegranate, which was a plus.
The berry was the third I tried and my personal favorite of the set. I felt as if this was the most moisturizing, and it felt heavenly on my lips.
The melon, like the mint, was nothing special. It was more moisturizing than the mint, though.
All four tasted wonderful, but taste isn't everything in a lip balm.
I'm set on lip balm for quite a while, I think, but even after I run out, I probably won't purchase these again.
overall i love these. the yellow and light pink have been my favs so far. The darker pink one is thicker and leaves an obvious white residue on lips -- I use this one at night.4
