Lip balms are the skincare equivalent of socks: They always seem to go missing. Our solution: Stash these lip Yes to™ Carrots butters everywhere from your desk drawer to your glove compartment. Fortified with organic fruits and veggies, they soften parched lips without the help of unwelcome chemicals (no parabens, petroleum, or phthalates here) and come in lip-smacking natural flavors like mint, citrus, and berry.
These lip butters have been saving my winter lips. Chapped lips feel almost instantly better once butter is used. At first I thought it was making my lips worse, as the chapping/flaking seemed larger, but I realized it was healing the skin under the flaking so that dead skin was ready to come off. A light scrub, followed with more lip butter, and the chapping is gone. I kept 3 and gave one away as a stocking stuffer. ONLY complaint is that just one has any SPF, so be sure to use the pomegranate if replacing an actual chapstick for sports or outdoor weather.5
Love this Chapstick. Bought the package gave some as gifts and kept one for myself. It feel great on the lips and has a great smell and texture.5
I got this set because the price was great and I love "Yes to ..." products. These hydrate well and have a nice light taste. Only 4 stars because I have to re-apply to keep my lips moist.4
This product is AMAZING!!!! I love the lip butters! It feels very smooth on the lips, and is great for chapped-lips! I love this product!!! I don't think I would you any other chap-stick. :)5
I feel like it's hard to review all of these at once. They're all very different lip balms. I am, however, very glad to have purchased these as a set as I would have sworn off the whole brand if I had tried the lip balm that I was most excited about out of these four.
The pomegranate was the first I tried. To say the least, I wasn't very impressed. It was very thick and left a coat of white (SPF?) on my lips.
I tried the mint next, and I still wasn't very impressed. It felt like a normal lip balm, nothing special. It definitely wasn't as thick as the pomegranate, which was a plus.
The berry was the third I tried and my personal favorite of the set. I felt as if this was the most moisturizing, and it felt heavenly on my lips.
The melon, like the mint, was nothing special. It was more moisturizing than the mint, though.
All four tasted wonderful, but taste isn't everything in a lip balm.
I'm set on lip balm for quite a while, I think, but even after I run out, I probably won't purchase these again.
overall i love these. the yellow and light pink have been my favs so far. The darker pink one is thicker and leaves an obvious white residue on lips -- I use this one at night.4
I don't really like these that much. I like the brand a lot but im not so sure about their chapstick and I hate the after taste of spf3
I ran out of my normal drugstore lip balm and have been using backup products for everyday use. Not a good idea. I use balm before bed because brushing my teeth makes my lips feel dry and uncomfortable. This is the perfect replacement for my regular lip balm and it smells wonderful! I've only used the pomegranate one so far--the mint kinda scares me--and it's great! I was a little worried these would be flavored and I'd be licking my lips all day, but no, just scented. And my boyfriend is really sensitive to scents but these don't bother him, so I'm pretty satisfied!5
I like the Yes To product lines, but these didn't seem to be anything special. I like the ingredients and the design, but I am not convinced it is worth the price paid.3
I used to be a big Burt's Bee's fan. I've used most of their flavors. I'd have to say that I enjoy these products better. I like the scent options better, and I like the texture better.5
