The words “sugar free” usually serve as a warning that we’ll be ingesting some sort of synthetic sweetener like aspartame. Not so with Glee Gum, which uses xylitol instead of other artificial sugar substitutes. This natural substance is made from American birch and beech trees. Not only does xylitol have a superior taste, but it can also help improve dental health and clear nasal passages.
I wanted to love Glee Gum, fun packaging and I have seen it before. For me at least, it lacked long term soft chewability like some other (albeit not all natural) sugar free gums out there. Did have a fresh minty taste!1
flavor fades super fast and texture is ehh? would have liked to have flavor last more than two chews. Also cant re-close the package so if you only use two package cant be closed.3
Weird texture and taste. I will not be purchasing this gum.1
I didn't have a problem with the flavor but if you have any existing dental work this gum is not for you. it stuck to my porcelain crowns and took 2 brushings to remove!1
Didn't like taste. Not sure why this product was in the Aug birchbox, would MUCH prefer a beauty product. :(1
Had a hard texture& lost flavor quickly... they're basically just Chiclets anyway. Cute packaging though!1
this gum had a great initial flavor, however that flavor only lasted about 10 seconds and then it was like chewing on rubber1
No flavor or at least not long lasting flavor. I am a gum person. I always have gum and chew it almost all day long! This gum did not keep its flavor for very long and was very hard. No bubbles could be popped. It was also a very small quantity of gum in your mouth- I could have chewed multiple pieces at once.2
I don't personally like gum, but I gave this sample to my husband and I've been informed that it's delicious and lives up to the claims of fresh breath.1
The gum stuck to my teeth and really didn't have much flavor. Was not interested at all.1
