The words “sugar free” usually serve as a warning that we’ll be ingesting some sort of synthetic sweetener like aspartame. Not so with Glee Gum, which uses xylitol instead of other artificial sugar substitutes. This natural substance is made from American birch and beech trees. Not only does xylitol have a superior taste, but it can also help improve dental health and clear nasal passages.
Loved that this gum was sugar free, but it lost its taste way too fast.3
Okay, so I like gum, a lot, but Trader Joe's has had this for years. I was disappointed to get this in my birchbox because it is so widespread around here and easy to get rather than a new beauty product. That being said, I love the environmental consciousness of the brand using sustainably harvested rainforest chicle. However, it's not great or long-lasting gum at all.3
This gum was pretty good in the beginning but it got tough and tasteless really fast.2
Not bad, but....nothing different than others out there3
I usually pick up this gum from whole foods, I really like the taste and texture.5
Sure, this gum was fine. It does exactly what it is intended to do, freshen breath. However, unless it's on the supermarket shelf, the chances of me purchsing this are slim to none.2
Is very sticky. It stuck to my teeth while chewing and after an hour or so, when I went to throw it away, stuck to my fingers. Flavor is very good though and lasted.3
Not a fan of the taste. And when its gum, taste is a major factor.1
Thought the gum had a decent taste, but gets hard fast.3
The gum was just fine, but I'd probably just pick up a pack of something the next time I'm in line at Target.3
