Frown lines getting you down? Ditch the ouch of needlework in doctor’s offices and play it smooth with these easy-to-use, self-adhesive patches instead. In a matter of hours, they help reduce the appearance of pesky furrowed brows.
When I first got this product, I was confused by it. It seems like a silly informercial thing. I put them on and apparently they must have been annoying in the middle of the night because I found them crumbled up in a ball by my bed. It kinda seemed like the frown lines were lesser in the morning, but it might have just been in my head.1
Great marketing that taps directly into a consumer's desires will always sell products, even when the products aren't effective. This is particularly true with beauty products and beer.
I didn't see any decrease in the appearance of lines in my face but I the patch did leave an outline on my face that took about 45 minutes to fade.
I think it's a great idea, but unfortunately it just didn't work on me. But I am thankful for the sample because it saved me some exploratory cash.
I almost feel like this is a joke--tried the strips for three nights. No noticeable diference.1
I love Birchbox but I hate getting the weird sticker like facial products.1
This product was useless. Might as well put scotch tape on your forehead. This did absolutely nothing.1
Well, it was alot of fun putting on the strips and going to bed- but I didn't see any change in the lines between my eyebrows. Maybe you need to use it for a long time to see the results.1
One of the very few things I don't worry about on my body are frown lines. However I gave these a try. Perhaps I just applied them wrong, but I used them under my eyes and they were so uncomfortable that I had to remove them after 15 min.
I'll take using creams over this.
This is an interesting idea, but the sticky tape like feel and my sensitive skin did not go well together. I think it is pricey too. I like my night cream and will just stick to it. Fun to try though.1
Wearing packaging tape on my face overnight would have the same effect - Looks smooth because it's been held in place all night. After a half your it lookes the same as it always did.1
What a silly concept! I never even knew there was a name for the wrinkles between the eyebrows... I feel like all I got out of this was one more thing to be self conscious about :) As others have said, the effects are temporary, and I actually ended up with a new line from the way the bottom edge cut into my nose while I slept. If you're vain enough to want these, just go get the botox.1
