We love a good two-in-one product (who doesn’t?), but we’re particularly smitten with this combination mattifying powder and bronzer. Why? The pressed powder absorbs excess oil and lends skin a silky finish, while the bronzer gives you a natural, sun-kissed glow. Plus, it comes in a sleek compact tin, complete with mirror and miniature powder brush for on-the-go touch ups.
I'm a sucker for Cargo bronzer so I thought I would try this two-shade compact. It does the trick, but not with the brush provided in the compact under carriage.
Plan to carry a separate brush and a separate bronzer/blush. The color in this tin doesn't match my skin very well. It has no life and warmth to it at all.
I have used this product more than a few times and its one of those okay products. I think its my skin tone it just doesn't go well with my semi-dark brown skin. I really don't see much of the point when I put it on. But it feels light.3
I love this compact two-in-one duo. The powder was a little too light, but the bronzer is perfect. Very lightweight and easy to apply!3
I layered the powder over my normal liquid foundation to keep the shine at bay, and overall the appearance was good. It was a little caked in some areas, but I think if I applied more carefully it wouldn't have been an issue. The bronzer was nice for contouring.3
I like the concept, but the lightest shade was too dark for me. I gifted it to my friend, and she loved it. It looked really nice on her. I just think if you say your complexion is a certain shade in the profile, then the products should match.3
This powder goes on clean and is really good at covering shine.3
I don't normally use a bronzer or powder. My skill is pretty much dry and I don't have excess oil. I used this product about 3 times and I could not even tell I had it on. Not giving it a bad review, it's just not for me.3
I've git it this. I like the compact, heck I do like the colors--the foundation shade works to match my olive-honey beige skin tone. Also I'd like to say they rocked it with the sample size.
The bronzer does not do a whole lot of bronzing on me but I think that's because I'm already a bit dark. But I'm afraid the product may break me out. Also the brush does not seem to work for me. Companies need to put powder puffs in their powder foundation compacts. Powder puffs work so amazingly!!
I'll probably try the sample a few more times, but I already have a foundation I like quite a bit. I am still hunting for an amazing bronzer though. However, matte bronzers are hard to find. I like glitter but it does not look good on my troubled skin at this stage in my life.
I thought it was cool at first, but the brush didn't really hold much product and it wasn't a good color for me. I guess I am used to using a sponge, which did fine.3
I really liked the powder side, but NOT the bronzer side. The bronzer made me look dirty. But, the powder really helped keep my eye makeup from sliding down under my eyes. If the powder came alone I'd give this a much higher rating.3
