CoTZ Face Light Skin Tone SPF 40

As SPF fiends, we know it’s tough to find a non-greasy sunscreen that feels great even under our makeup. We’re fans of CoTZ’s mineral-rich sunscreen because the silky formula has a sheer matte finish, which means we can even layer foundation or BB cream on top without worrying about excess oil or shine.

Love the matte feeling and the SPF

At first sight, I didn't think I could wear this lotion, as it looked way too dark for my fair skin. But I found that it blended so easily that I could work it over my face and neck and not have an orange cast to my skin. My skin does't need heavy color correction, so in summer, this can work alone as a primer/foundation, and keep my face makeup feeling light and not oily. I really like the fact that it's mineral-based, too. The only downside for me was that I did see it gathering in fine lines by midday.

Too thick

This was too heavy feeling and felt very thick on my face. My face also broke out after I used this. It might have just been that it didn't go well with my skin type.

Pretty Good For A Tinted Moisturizer

I used this product when I got to the beach and was pleased with the following: the mousse-like texture, it blending perfectly into skin, and that it doesn't feel greasy but silky. The downsides? I can't really think of one in particular but I wouldn't use this over Coppertone's Sensitive Skin SPF 50 or Supergoop's CC cream.

lovely sunscreen

This product rocked. I wasn't sure how it would blend with my skin tone but it turned out looking great. I was happy to know it protected me from UVA rays. I spend a lot of time in the sun. I like to spend time outdoors in nature so this is a product I would love to purchase in the future.

Wonderful feel
Purchased

You will never believe this is a sunscreen. It's so light and goes on easily. No smell and is very sheer and light on your face. I also like that it has a little tint to it. This will be layered under my make up this summer.

Uneven coverage

This went on like a tinted primer and unfortunately it did not blend well into my skin, pilling up and becoming noticeable.

Great tinted sunscreen

This is awesome. It has a great finished texture. It mattifies and provides light coverage. I am really excited about having a SPF that is so high and provides a flawless finish.

Good stuff

I liked the was this covered and is an SPF. Good product! It does kind of have a weird texture where it doesn't feel like it's rubbed in all the way on your face though...
