There’s a whole load of facial hair North of your neck that just shouldn’t be ignored. Maintaining brows and lashes can seem like just one extra notch belt of beauty, but Japonesque knows how to add a little ease to your hair maintenance routine. This handy comb serves two purposes—rake through lengthy lashes to add definition, and brush brows to perfect their shape.
This is a really nice quality brush. It has a really nice weight to it and is angled to make it easier to use without blocking the view of your face.
I purchased it to replace my 3rd one from Mac that the bristles fell out of. I will definitely be looking at other Japonesque brushed next time I need a replacement.
This is my third of these in over forty years. I hope to keep this one in good shape but if not I atleast know where I can easily pick one up via Birchbox. My first one was a gift from my surrogate Mother in NYC where I had been adopted on weekend when my best friend and I took either the train or her parent's limo into spend the weekend with them. I became so close to her parents that they showered me with gifts from the city that I didn't know about but needed since they made my life easier. In those earlier days of my life I used mascara from my favorite all time store, Bendel's, made their mascara, but it did clump a bit so I would use her Mother's eyelash comb and fell in love with it. After a few weekends she placed one in my hands and kissed me on my full lips. I was thrilled to have my own and my "sister" got a new one too so that the germs on her old one could be tossed out. We both played with our eye makeup and especially our Pro Brow/Lash Comb and were thrilled to have brand new ones to take back to school with us. We were happy campers because no one else in the Freshman dorm had these and we refused to let anyone use our for fear of their germs. So over the course of forty years I am a devoted Japonesque Pro Brow/Lash Comb user so that should speak volumes to you that I have hunted down three combs to keep me going during that period of my life. Don't wait to let Birchbox hunt down your first one and perhaps buy two. Use the second for travel.5
This is my first ever brow or lash comb. Works well and does the job - my only issue is with the brow side. Bristles are plastic and a little harsh against the skin. Despite that, this tool works wonders at diffusing powders or gels in your brows.4
No other words besides perfect. I use to have an Estée Lauder one, but that one would break easy. This japonesque
Is WAYYYY better than Estée launders!!!!
This brush is nice. It has a substantial handle or real grip and maneuvering to make sure each eyelash and eyebrow hair is in its perfect place!5
I like this product. I keep it in my gym bag and use it frequently. I like the long handle of the comb. It's a really nice quality product.4
I use this brush specifically for my eyebrows - smooth them out and make sure they are not standing all over the place. The brush side is very soft and the length of the handle make for easy use. Great product.4
I've used the comb a dozen times or so and it does excellent work. It tames my unruly eyebrows and separates eyelashes beautifully. The comb is well constructed, so I expect it will last me quite a while. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!5
I'm embarrassed to say that I had a 30 year-old eyebrow brush. I'm really picky about my tools! I took a chance and brought this one. I love it! It has just the right length, and the bristles are the right stiffness. I really like that the lash comb is tapered; gives good definition to your mascara.4
I didn't realize that my eyebrow pencil came with a built-in comb, so I bought this one. I like the eyebrow comb portion. It's stiff enough to force my crazy eyebrows to behave. It's a little scary to use for my lashes so close to my eye so I haven't tried it. I can't wear mascara anyway since I have blonde lashes, so I'm probably not going to use that end of the brush.5
