Bid adieu to the days of lugging around greasy bottles of lotion. This portable sunscreen stick is perfectly purse-friendly, and it’s ideal for those long days lying on the beach. The solid format lets you reach all those easy-to-forget places like the backs of your ears, backs of your knees, and tops of your feet. It’s made with zinc oxide to give you broad spectrum protection, plus organic ingredients to hydrate and nourish skin.
Though the idea of an all natural sunscreen is very appealing, I don't think this would ever become my go to sunscreen. It is small and easy to carry around with you, but does not go on as easily as other sunscreens tend to.2
The stick did not go on smoothly and was uncomfortable to apply. It was also hard to tell if you left some areas uncovered.2
I was excited about this. it was something I could throw in my purse and use if I forgot some for me and my son. It's waxy, and though the packaging is great and makes for a good application, it doesn't apply easy. Love the idea, not the product itself.2
Love the idea of this, the portability, and that zinc is the only sunscreen ingredient, but the formula is too sticky and too hard to apply.2
I have used other stick sunscreens in the past and find them easy and convenient for using on my face. I was excited to see this full sized product in my box just in time for summer but was sadly disappointed once trying it. It is not like other sunscreen sticks I have used, the texture is very dry and waxy and doesn't glide on your skin very easily at all. Because of this it didn't really seem to rub into my skin and it makes it easier to miss areas. The fragrance wasn't bad at all but I can't get over the feeling of it just sitting on my skin.2
As others have said, it has a waxy texture - it looks like it would glide on like a deodorant, but not so. For me, this meant it didn't apply very evenly, so now I have streaks of sunburn on the spots the stick missed.2
While the packaging is cool, ample amount of a sample, and would be easy to use in a travel kit, bike riding, or at the beach, the smell was terrible. It smells like a weird mixture of olive and vegetable oil. Yuck!!2
I loved the packaging and thought it was a great idea to have it in a stick, no mess on your hands and easy to travel with but I was wrong. It was sticky and waxy, I couldn't even really rub it in and it just sat on my skin like a thick, oily layer. The smell wasn't too bad but I didn't like the texture at all. Wont be using again or buying this.2
I love the portable solid sunblock idea, but this one was sticky. The tackiness didn't wear off and never seemed to absorb.2
I loved the idea of this product! Easy to apply and store. I just hated the texture on my face. It didn't seem to really absorb and it was really waxy.2
