Bid adieu to the days of lugging around greasy bottles of lotion. This portable sunscreen stick is perfectly purse-friendly, and it’s ideal for those long days lying on the beach. The solid format lets you reach all those easy-to-forget places like the backs of your ears, backs of your knees, and tops of your feet. It’s made with zinc oxide to give you broad spectrum protection, plus organic ingredients to hydrate and nourish skin.
Was really excited about this product because i love the idea that it would not spill and it is easy to put on tattoos and your face. The texture is awkward and smells horrible.2
I thought that a stick sunscreen was a great Idea... but after trying it, I didn't like that idea as much. It's SO waxy, is weird to apply, and picks up dirt and dead skin easily and looks gross after one use. I DID find one good use though! It's great to apply over tattoos. You can cover them precisely and quickly... and it gets good coverage.2
The idea was perfect but the product is really hard and dense. Not for me.2
I was so excited to see this in my box this month: In theory, it's a great little portable SPF that won't spill in my purse.
But the texture of this stuff isn't great - it doesn't apply particularly easily and doesn't soak into the skin. There's no visible residue but my skin feels waxy to the touch and it feels heavy on my face.
Also it has a distinct smell which I think is the sesame oil - I thought it smelled like the peanut oil I cook with. It's not a terrible smell but it's a bit odd and stronger than I liked.
I love the size and it's perfect to have it in your purae without worrying that it will spill but it is not very easy to apply and my skin felt sticky after applying it.1
I originally got this sunscreen to try something new since my liquid sunscreen left smears on my face. I like the fact that I didn't have to use liquid, but I felt that applying the stick was pulling my skin and causing it to be sticky afterwards.1
i was excited to see this product in the box - seemed like it would be a good idea. BUT - this stuff was stiff, actually hurt my skin going on! it was not silky-smooth...felt like little pieces of sand in the waxy product - and it smelled terrible. I tossed it.1
Just didn't like the texture of this product at all. Feels kind of gummy so I didn't use it long enough to know if it was effective.1
I really don't understand how you're supposed to apply this product. I'm always looking for good, easy-to-apply sunscreens I can keep in my purse, but this is not it. The product is really thick and waxy, and pulls your skin when you try to "swipe" it across your face. I don't recommend buying.1
This products stinks I couldn't even put it on! Also, it didn't feel very soft to put on my skin. I was so disappointed.1
