Whether it’s makeup, sunscreen, or sunless tanner, you don’t have to jump through hoops to get rid of your ring-around-the-collar. This handy multitasker from The Laundress® eliminates pesky stains in hard-to-reach places and is perfect for hand washing or laundering on the go. Stash a bar in your suitcase and you’ll never have to worry about running out of clean clothes the next time you travel.
It's very strongly scented -- you have to put it in a plastic bag or all of your clothes will smell like soap. It works well, especially on collars, but it's just not something I'm likely to use in the future -- I'll just keep using Spray n Wash.4
Really worked on a few spot stains that I thought were set in, since they didn't come out in the wash. Also very effective on the "ring around the collar".4
Just a soap bar with scented oil and frangance of a citrus or lemon, very average.2
It really works, smells great... Definitely recommend for when traveling5
this actually worked! I didn't care for the scent but it did it's job3
I'm not used to using a bar of soap as a stain bar, so this was new to me. I like it, but I'm not sure how much use I'd get out of it in my day to day. I prefer a stain stick to carrying a bar with me places, though it is nice for traveling. It has a very traditional "soap" smell.4
This stuff smells great, and is actually pretty good at getting spot stains out. The only problem is with the packaging. Unless you remember to bring a zip lock bag on a trip, you are going to have to throw it out after one use.4
I love this bar! This is such a great idea and everyone should own one. It would be a great gift as well or a stocking stuffer. I absolutely love it! I wish you could purchase multiple sample size ones for travel emergencies5
I had planned to use this primarily as a means of keeping my swimming suit clean to decrease the amount of time it spends in the washing machine. Then, my daughter managed to get chocolate ice cream on her shirt. It had already dried by the time I saw the spots. This bar got it out with minimal effort.
This is now a staple in my gym bag; we keep a bar in the laundry room as well.
I don't think this would be effective for larger stains but it works on small stuff. It smells great though.3
