Whether it’s makeup, sunscreen, or sunless tanner, you don’t have to jump through hoops to get rid of your ring-around-the-collar. This handy multitasker from The Laundress® eliminates pesky stains in hard-to-reach places and is perfect for hand washing or laundering on the go. Stash a bar in your suitcase and you’ll never have to worry about running out of clean clothes the next time you travel.
A funny thing happened I was using acid to try and get out under arm stains and it turns out that the pump got rust on the t-shirt. So I grabbed this bar that I had just recieved in the mail today and went to work.
I rubbed it in until it reached a good lather and set it aside for a few minutes. I then grabbed another t-shirt that had collar rings and followed suit. Then I grabbed some other whites and dumped them all in the laundry under hand wash.
VOILA! They came out toute suite!
Love this stuff! Can't say enough about how well this little bar works! Awesome stain remover, easy to use & works quickly! Will repurchase when I run out :-)5
My mom and I recently went to an estate sale to find stuff for my Etsy shop. We found a HUGE old round shipping container filled with beautiful but neglected old childrens clothing from the early 1900s. It was dirty, rumpled, and in pretty sad shape. Until she went at it with this little amazing bar!!
Wet the fabric, and rub liberally scrubbing with the bar. Let it set for a bit (couple hours is fine for most stains, over night for really bad ones) and then wash according to the fabric requirements.
The scent is heavenly, and it works like a dream! I love it!
I wasn't sure if I was purchasing a dud or not, but I figured it was worth a try for the price. So happy I decided to purchase it! It works great, I thought I would end up keeping it on hand just for travel, but I use it at home to quickly remove spots so they don't set in before it is time to do laundry. It has worked so well on everything that I have tried so far. Coffee, blood, pen... it has gotten rid of it all. Not sure how well it would do on more set in stains, but that is sort of besides the point because I am using these on spots shortly after they happen so it won't become an issue later.5
I purchased this for my daughter who was scheduled for numerous trips and wasn't able to take much luggage, but needed clean, fresh clothing for business.
I figured it would be an "insurance" policy in case something got stained. Well, she did use it to wash the cuffs of a white blouse in her hotel room and it worked perfectly. It is smaller than it looks and perfect to tuck into a corner of your suitcase.
This bar is awesome. You kind of have to work to get a lather going, but it gets out spots and doesn't leave a weird ring around the whole area like stain remover pens. I only4
This is an absolute must-have if you ever go away. Perfect for quickly removing spill marks, and who can fly or drive anywhere and come out clean the other end? Plus it's great for rinsing out small items of clothing in a hotel room.5
I used the sample on a trip to vegas, cleaning fine washables . It was so convenient and did such a good job I bought 2 bars- 1 for travel and 1 for home5
I'm in love with this stain bar! As someone who doesn't use scented laundry products this was a gamble that paid off. Highly recommended!5
My daughter got this as a sample in her Birchbox. She keeps it at school along with a laundry stain pen. One day in art class she got paint on her new dress. She ran to the bathroom to get it out before the acrylic paint dried! She used the Laundress stain bar along with her stain pen. They worked well together.
After that episode word got around school that Eden was the one to get stains out! So the girls who would have mishaps with their clothing would all come to her and she would always be able to get the stains out using this bar and the stick!
I did buy a full sized one based on her testimonials.
But when I got it, I expected it to be full sized like a bar of soap. It is bigger than the sample, but not by a lot. Still, it is worth getting! I mean based on how it performs on paint and makeup and food stains, it is a must have in your purses. I have it in mine all the time now along with my own laundry stick. I think the borax in it is the key to the stain fighting power.
I think everyone should get one and keep it in your purses ladies! It is a lifesaver in situations where you need the stain out before it sets, and when you need a stain out because you are in public and can't go home to change right away. It really is a lifesaver - and that was just the sample bar my daughter was using. She STILL has that tiny bar even after using it a lot on her clothes and sharing it at school with her classmates.
GET A BAR ladies and anyone who wants their clothes to stay free of set in stains!!!
