As the saying goes, two is better than one. When it comes to LAQA & Co.’s fat lip pencils, we couldn’t agree more. After all, these gloss-delivering pencils require no sharpener and give lips a vibrant sheen. Luckily, the company recently released the pencils in the form of a travel-friendly duo.
I absolutely hated the hot pink color I recieved, it looked like something that would have been worn in the 80's. Also I have very smooth lips and this product make them flake and chap as soon as I applied it1
Well, I don't think that these 2 colors are the most universally flattering. I have olive skin and dark hair/eyes, and the bright pink just don't suit my coloring at all. If this sample had been in a color that worked for me, though, I could see myself wearing it ALL. THE. TIME. This stuff lasts! Even when it's bright pink ;)1
Goes on smooth, lasts forever only wish the colors were more attractive… way to bright with a “in-your-face†type color. Ended up giving the sample to my niece to play dress up with.1
I'm all for a fun pink lip color, especially in the summer, but this one was too much for me to pull off. Not really a realistic sample for most people to actually enjoy, in my opinion.1
The color was a little bright/unnatural for me. I have olive skin and the fuschia didn't seem very complimentary with my skin tone. It might just not be my personal style though. I tend to like colors that look like a naturally flushed lip--more in the cranberry or strawberry color families.1
I was expecting the color to be better for my skin tone but ohh Lord I looked like Barbie so not using this brand and shade1
The color was way too bright for me. I did try it on, however, and loved the feel. Gave it to my sister who has a darker complexion and she loves it.1
The product itself was great but the pink color is to bright for me. I didn't like it at all.1
The hot pink was too Barbie-esque for me. The coverage was uneven and waxy. Not pleased with it at all - wiped it right off and never looked back1
I didn't love the color of the sample that I got in my box, but I gave it a shot for fun anyway. I didn't think it went on well and by the time I went to leave the house it was already flaking off. I add just some gloss to help, but it still looked flaky underneath. Maybe if I had a different color that I would wear more I would experiment with it and see if I could get it to work for me, but I'm not a fan of the bright pink.1
