While I did like the gentleness of the lotion, I found it ineffective. It never fully took off my mascara and I do not use waterproof mascara. Wold not buy again.

They're Real! Mascara. While it's not a waterproof mascara, it can be tough to remove. My regular face wash wasn't cutting it, so I ordered this hoping it would make the task easier. It's not very effective. The formula is gentle, but I ended up having to keep going over the same area several times, and it still didn't take everything off. The extra rubbing irritated my eyes. Being 36, I try to be careful not to tug too much and cause pre-mature aging, especially around the eye area. Disappointed in this product. Within the same order, I also ordered LA FRESH® Waterproof Makeup Remover (Individual Packets). They are awesome and took everything off right away without irritation or extra tugging at the eye area. I think most eye make is going to require something with some oils to release the makeup from the skin. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this (separate from Birchbox) and have fallen in love. It's super clean feeling ! I don't wear a ton of makeup but when I do, this stuff gets it off that night... or the next morning.

This is a really good sensitive eye makeup remover. Don't use too much a little goes a long way, too much gets into your eyes and burns a bit.

I love this product. It removes all of the makeup I seem to leave on even after washing my face. It never burns my eyes or feels harsh in anyway. I love the very light fragrance and I will definitely purchase it again when I am out. Of all the makeup removers I have this does the best job.

Nice and not oily! This makeup remover is great to use at night or to touch up a mistake without leaving any residue to make your eye makeup slide off!

This is a nice product. I love that it's not oily!! I still find the need to use my face wash to remove some of my eye makeup even after using this though. But that's okay bc it does feel light and clean after each use.
