No matter the scenario, we still want to look good for our next impromptu photo op. This award-winning primer helps foundation go on smoothly and last all day since it minimizes the appearance of pores and fine lines. With the help of antioxidant-rich ingredients like vitamins A and E, green tea, and grapeseed extract, it also smooths and protects skin so you can even wear it alone without makeup. Best of all, the lightweight, oil-free formula absorbs quickly, so you can move on to the rest of your routine without skipping a beat.
this does help with shine - but i do not use face makeup so can't speak much on how it helps makeup...but feels nice and i think it does help with my oily skin. Nice sample size!!!3
It has a featherweight feel, almost a powered finish. Good product, it just wasn't great. It's ok. 3.4 - 4 stars3
I have another face primer that I use regularly and I have to say it works better for me than this one. This one definitely makes my face smoother and helps keep my makeup in place, but the one I already use has a brightening element to it and costs about a third of the price of this one. I'll stick with the one I already have.3
I love the way foundation primer makes my skin so soft!3
I've never used primer before, but I liked the look and feel of my skin after using.3
I've used Smashbox's primer in the past, so this month's sample wasn't new to me. It's a fine product, but nothing special.3
It just didn't work with my skin. This product always gets tons of hype, but it actually made it harder for the makeup to stay on my face, and caused my eyeshadow to crease faster.3
Primers don't usually mix with my skin well, so I didn't expect too much. It seems like it works so far though!3
Nothing really offensive about this, but it didn't rock my world. Felt a little sticky going on. We'll see how things look at the end of the day, but at this point, for the price tag, it's not worth it to me.3
I don't wear foundation but I did think the primer smoothed over pores. Not sure it is really worth buying when the sample runs out though.3
