Once upon a time boutonnieres were de rigueur, but these days you don’t see many beyond high school prom. Perhaps it’s because purchasing (or plucking) a flower before an evening out feels a little odd. Instead, opt for one of these fabric lapel flowers. Meant for everyday use as well as special occasions, these made-in-New York accessories run the gamut from small and subtle to look-at-me loud.
I've always been a fan of lapel pins but theyre usually metal and almost all look alike after a while. This is where this stands out. Its actually fabric, makes no pretentious effort to look real and just adds a subtle finishing touch to a suit. Got my favorite color too in the sample5
...this is just right! Understated and elegant. Perfect!5
this is such an easy item to make your outfit pop. just wore it to a wedding and got lots of compliments.
bought two additional ones as well :)
I am using this as a book mark, but will never use this what it is for - not for me.1
this is the most disappointing thing I have received from birchbox... I absolutely do not understand what they were thinking. I don't know any man who would use this. Just stupid1
This is not something I would ordinarily purchase on my own, so I was glad it came in the BirchBox. I was skeptical at first but after I wore it out the item grew on me. Many people complimented the added accessory. Obviously anytime someone compliments you, your view of a product will change for the better.4
I'm disappointed with this item. A flower for a suit? A suit I never wear? Way to read my personal interests on this one. I WILL never use this. I gave to my fiance and she's going to make a headband out of it for our daugther - but she wasn't a fan of the color.2
I love the concept of this, but it isn't really a lapel pin. It requires a lapel that has a button hole which not all suits have. If you have one, great accessory, if you don't it's unfortunately useless. Would've been happier if it was actually a pin.4
