Inspired by our global offices in four of the world’s classic cities (not to mention our love of travel), this bold collection of minis—created exclusively for Birchbox—features summer's hottest hues. Our editors worked closely with Color Club to develop these custom shades, visiting the brand’s Long Island factory to collaborate with the brand’s in-house chemist. You definitely won't find anything like these on-trend, brightly hued polishes anywhere else.
I got this sample in my box this month, and put it on immediately. In the bottle it looks like a bright minty green, but on my toes it looks neon glow in the dark green! I don't mind it (it's slowly growing on me), but it definitely looks different on than in the bottle. If you like bright unique colors this would be for you!2
I got a sample of this in my June birbox, there were a few things I didnt like, and a few that I did. First, the smell was really strong! I dont know why it seems so much stronger than other polishes I own. The second was that I got the white one. Who wears white nail polish? It looks like white out.
However, the coral and mint are really cute, if I would have got one of those instead I would have been much happier. IT went on well, and I liked the sample size though.
I got the purple shade of this set. I love color club nail polishes, but this one was just not a color I care for. I prefer purples with more grey or brown in them.2
I got the New York color and I don't like it very much. Wish I had gotten one of the other colors in my box - they seem more fun!2
I really wanted to like this product. I got the London Calling mint sample and was really excited to try it as I LOVED the color but the consistency was so thick that I couldn't get it to go on smoothly, it just ended up looking "gloopy". Such a shame.2
I love the Color Club shades i receive, but no matter how I apply (base coat/no base coat, top coat/ no top coat, numerous coats of polish...) the nail polish never stays! It's always chipping at least by day 2. Grr...2
I received the Reign in Spain coral color, which, unfortunately, is very similar to a color I received as a sample last year (and is still a full bottle). Nothing wrong with the quality, just not the color for me.2
Hi Birchbox lovers, I hate giving negative opinions, but these green nails are just not flattering for anyone over 20 years old. I wore it work and my colleagues can't stop staring. One colleague even said that she found then to be distracting. It would totally be fun if i were a decade younger. It goes on well and I actually like the matte finish, but it's too florescent for my taste.2
Color Club is a brand I associate with high school girls. I bought some for a gift for my niece and happened to have tried some; I found the coverage thin, and the polish chipped quickly. This might be good for a casual weekend, but when I have to work in the public and shake hands with strangers it calls for a better quality product.2
I own Pardon My French, a lovely lavender shade. Pretty colors, but really poor texture and finish: chalky, streaky, and too thick. It's a low quality, cheap formula and the price certainly reflects that.2
