The nautical trend isn't just for seersucker pants or preppy boat shoes. Make waves (and keep your budget in shipshape) with these mariner-inspired hair ties. They effortlessly keep hair secure without snagging strands or leaving behind ugly creases. Best of all, they look as good on our wrists as they do in our ponytails.
I have really thick, heavy hair (about shoulder length). These hairties just don't work for me...my hair falls out in no time at all, and the elastic loses it's shape so quickly.
I really wanted to like this, but it just doesn't work me.
I have hair just past my shoulders and on the thick and heavy side and this hair tie would just not work for me. I couldn't get it around enough times to be secure, it doesn't have a lot of stretch, and it would slip out of my hair after about 30 minutes of wear.
It is very cute and I love the concept, it just doesn't work for everyone.
I love these cute little hair ties but just wish I had long enough hair to actually use them! I gave it to my little cousin (who is 8 and already has more hair then me) and she LOVES it!1
Why don't they make adorable hairbands like these? I keep getting these super cute hairties, but I have a pixie haircut!1
This is the third time I have received a hair twist tie in my Birchbox, so I am not pleased. It has has been the most stiff hair tie, in comparison to the previous ones, so I am not sure what has changed. it feels cheaper.1
The hair tie was very cute, but I have thick hair and I don't feel like it was strong enough to hold up my ponytail.1
I'm just not into twistbands concept. I know these are very trendy, but don't get the appeal. They don't do anything that my ouchless ponytail holders don't and cost more.1
I have short hair but I put in a poneytail often, however, this was not very effective for my hair length it would not stay in :(1
This hair tie didn't hold my fine hair. It must be a money maker, as it is simply a piece of ribbon w/a bit of stretch to it.1
I have very thick hair, and it didn't even come close to holding it all.1
