British beauty pioneer Liz Earle has a mantra: cleanse, tone, and moisturize, twice a day, every day. And thanks to Liz, those are words we can definitely live by. With its sublime floral scent (think fresh cut roses) and calming botanicals like chamomile, cucumber, and aloe, this alcohol-free toner soothes and hydrates even the most troubled complexions. In lieu of harsh disinfectants, hops extract tones the skin and swipes away bacteria.
I was using a Neutrogena product before I bought the Liz Earle Tonic. After using the whole bottle, I can say I saw absolutely no difference from Liz Earle and the $7 Neutrogena. If you can afford, by all means, go for it. It smells nice - kind of fruity... mango, watermelon, kind of citrusy. However, I prefer to save a little here and splurge somewhere else, in products that make a difference.
3This toner has not impressed me near as much as the Hot Cloth Cleanser, and I feel it could be replaced by a lesser brand and still yield the same results. The Hot Cloth Cleanser gave me such incredible results that I chose to invest in the same brand toner, but I was sadly disappointed. I still love you though, Liz!
3I have been a toner user for a very long time. I didn't notice any difference with my face after using this toner. It didn't feel any different, my occasional breakouts were the same, complexion and oil the same. Let me wondering what all the awards were for. I won't repurchase but I will use what i have.
3I love this line but am not 100% sure what this product is suppose to do. Whenever I use it, I do not see a change in brightness of my skin color. This product is lightweight on my face and has a light scent. I use this product because I feel like my face will benefit from the results. I am excited to try other products of the Liz Earle family.
