Dry skin is a pain—it leaves our complexions red, irritated, and worst of all, extremely dull (ugh). Not anymore. This antioxidant-packed moisturizer not only hydrates parched, sensitive complexions, it also prevents further moisture loss. The result? Skin is left supple and glowing. Give it a try and say goodbye to that tight, dry feeling once and for all.
I neither love nor hate this product. I'm not put off by the smell like many seem to be. It's not exactly an appealing smell, but it's not horrible. It just smells like what happens when mix together a bunch of different ingredients with their own individual smells - they all cancel each other out to make a kind of blah smell (like mixing all colors together to get a blah brown or black). It's does the trick, though, and completely moisturizes my dry skin. However, I don't find it to be any more or less effective than other moisturizers I've used. I'll keep using it until I run out, but I'm not sure I'll replace it.3
This is a very good quality moisturizer. It doesn't have any scent that I notice, it's not irritating and comes in a generous size that lasts awhile. It's fairly light weight and feels good on.5
I received this as a bonus sample. I made the mistake of putting it on my face and had to wash it right off because the smell made me start retching! It smells like rancid mayo. My fiance is usually game to smell products for me, but backed away an inch from the tube. This is the worst smelling product I have received from Birchbox.1
I have used products that pack way more punch, this is good and at a very reasonable price point but I don't feel that my skin was left supple or glowing, not greasy for sure but but if you have really dry skin you might want something stronger.3
I use this as part of my cleansing routine along with the Hot Cloth cleanser and the toner. I love the texture on my skin, and my skin has begun to improve since using it. I'm taking off one star because the scent isn't as great as Liz Earle's other products - it has that old school, grandma's moisturizer smell. But that's a small price to pay for dewy, fresh skin.4
I've purchased this brand multiple times. I love the Cleanse and Polish- the smell, the way my skin feels clean, soft, and slightly moisturized. I decided to try the bundle of products for dry/sensitive skin. The cleanser is great, as always. The toner has a nice smell, leaves my face rejuvenated, and is not drying like other toners I've used. The moisturizer may be great, but I can't leave it on long enough to see because of its awful odor. It smells like raw chicken that has spoiled to me. I don't know if some of the ingredients are past their prime or what. I find it very difficult to understand those who say they enjoy the smell. The only explanation I can think of is that the product and its smell are inconsistent.1
Love the smell and texture! Liz Earle products are the best, I'm so hooked! Just give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
This is the best moisturizer I have ever used. It is the only moisturizer that seems to actually help alleviate the redness of my skin. But I unfortunately will never purchase again, because of how the product is packaged :( jars of cream just breed bacteria and I just don't have time anymore to sanitize my hands every single time before using. I am a little devastated by this. Lol3
I love this product. It is very moisturizing with out being thick. It is great under makeup, as well as, right before bed.5
I've used many moisturizers and just keep returning to the delightful feel of Liz Earle's. I love all the products in the line--the toner, the eye make-up remover, the cleansing polish--all worth giving a go. The moisturizer is my go-to for morning and night. It's simply lovely and does wonders keeping my sensitive skin healthy and fresh.5
