Cleansing alone isn't enough to prevent clogged pores: You also have to remove dead skin cells before they build up and lead to breakouts. These ultrasoft 100 percent cotton cleansing cloths gently exfoliate and thoroughly remove all traces of dirt, oil, and makeup, as well as increase circulation. Tightly woven fibers gently lift away dulling dead skin cells along with any remaining cleanser on your face. After just one use, you'll wonder how you ever washed your face without it.
Never heard of a muslin cloth before this month's box. It cleaned my face very well, was not too rough, and my skin was smooth after. I wouldn't mind a couple of these around the house to use instead of a washcloth. The packaging this came in was beautiful!5
This is an interesting product. I have not used this type if cleanser with an accompanied cloth before but like it!4
I have been wanting to incorporate muslin cloths into my regular cleansing routine - so I was very excited to find one in my October Birchbox! I thought this was nice and gentler than a regular washcloth. Helps to remove my makeup more efficiently, while exfoliating. I'll be purchasing a few more of these to have on hand.5
I was skeptical this would be such a significantly better face cloth. I was amazed at how polished my skin was after using this cloth and it was gentle enough to use daily.5
I am thinking of using the cloths with my regular cleaner.4
Made my face feel really clean and soft. Will definitely purchase in the future.5
I have never used a muslin cloth to wash my face before. I felt that this was a fun and luxurious way to wash my face. I look forward to receiving more of these clothes so that I can use them regularly.5
I thought it would be just like a washcloth, but it was actually much gentler but still effective at exfoliating. Pretty luxurious!
It seems like the cloth would get stained if you used it to remove makeup though.
These muslin cleansing cloths were nice. They were very gentle on my sensitive skin. They seemed to be much softer on my skin than a traditional washcloth.4
A muslin cloth was kind of a weird thing to get in a Birchbox, but I have really enjoyed using it to exfoliate when I wash my face.4
