Besides having a supercute name, Spornette's Little Wonder Brush has been brushing and teasing tresses for decades. In fact, this miracle tool is one of the first brushes that founder Walter Sporn debuted in the late '50s, so you know it must be doing something right.
I bought this tool a couple of months ago and has done wonders creating volume in my hair. I recommend this to anyone who has thin hair and wants volume.4
The name for this wonder tool could be any better- it is a wonder tool indeed! I bought one for myself, my mother and my nieces.4
My hair, being course, doesn't tease well (it just frizzes). I was hoping this little wonder would be a good option for teasing, but it's pretty much just like everything else I've tried: gives my hair volume...and frizz.
The handle is a bit thick for me for grabbing hair sections, but it's ok.
All in all, it's probably my hair. And I will still use this.
I like this brush and am glad I bought it. But be warned, it's not designed to brush your hair (even in a pinch). But it does work great for teasing some volume in your hair and smoothing it out. Just don't run it down the length of your hair because you will get static flyaways.4
I have shorter hair and this is great for getting behind those shorter pieces. It works really well and I would highly recommend if you want a little extra volume on top. As far as damage, I'm not sure yet because I haven't had it that long...but not sure teasing is great for your hair anyway!4
I have curly hair and really live by a roll brush, but this brush helps with all the baby hairs and managing my bangs. It was a GREAt buy. It is also great for creating volume and smoothing out hairstyles. I can't believe I lived so long without of these!4
This comb is super cute but way overpriced here. I bought the large one at Sally's for $7. And this is the mini one. So I would say save your money. Also this comb doesn't do the BEST job in teasing in my opinion. But it is very useful especially the size of it bc it gets under your hair when you don't wanna lift it completely up to prevent from separating curls.4
This brush definitely does what its supposed to -- I can build great volume with it. That being said, I don't see a difference between using this and using a standard rattail comb or a boar bristle round brush. I don't think it's worth buying again in the future if you already have another type of comb or brush.4
This little brush is great at teasing and giving my roots a lift without looking too Jersey Shore circa early 2000's.4
I love my little teasing brush. It helps given the perfect ratting and smoothing so My hair can have its beautiful bauffant. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because i wish the end of it was a little sharper and narrower so i can section hair off of it without having to put this down and grab a comb... otherwise, if you want sky-high big hair... this is your brush.4
