Besides having a supercute name, Spornette's Little Wonder Brush has been brushing and teasing tresses for decades. In fact, this miracle tool is one of the first brushes that founder Walter Sporn debuted in the late '50s, so you know it must be doing something right. This brush is our secret weapon for nailing up-dos and va-va-voom hairstyles because the tail-handle picks up hair sections like no other and the nylon and boar bristles tease to add killer volume. This brush is so easy to style with that we've witnessed many a teasing newbie become experts after just a few uses.
I was told, now that I have longer hair it would be a good idea to use a natural boar bristle brush to disperse the oils from my head to the rest of my hair. I tried a large paddle boars hair brush but it just barely skimmed the surface of my very thick hair. I tried this smaller one and it worked a lot better, although I found it works the best when I brush it in layers. I was also told not to wash my hair eyeryday now that I have long hair so that it doesn't become brittle and dry so this hair brush really does help get the natural oils from the top of my head to the rest of my hair and I notice my hair is a lot softer and smoother. The pointy end also helps to make straight parts for when I braid my hair. It was also pointed out to me I could use it in self defense if I was ever walking home alone at night. (joking.) (not joking)5
Just got a really bad short haircut and this little beauty is helping the situation while it grows out.
What a handy little wooden brush. This is going to be good for short hair or long hair. It really helps you take control of your hair.
I use this brush daily and I love it. I have very fine hair and it works great even if just smoothing hair in a pony tail. I do like the end which is great for parting hair.5
I use this brush all the time. It was the best birchbox purchase yet. I like the rat tail end. It's convienent when working in sections to tease. it's easy to use.5
I like this little brush so much I am buying another. Don't let its small size fool you, its a little powerhouse. I have long, fine hair and I love it for smoothing or for volume(depending on how you use it), and it works great if you are flat ironing too. It also cuts static(which will be great for winter). The parting/sectioning tool on the handle is also super handy. Bought it for travel, and it ended up being one of my must haves. Its the best brush I have found in years.5
surprisingly this brush is great for finishing hairstyles. i really didn't believe it would work so well and it does!!! nicely made and part of my daily routine. would recommend...5
This is perfect to tease hair, and does not create any frizz. It doesn't damage hair at all. It's also a great size to carry in my purse if I need to.5
I have thick but fine hair, and have never had that much luck with teasing with a comb. The Little Wonder made a huge difference! It works best if I also put a little hairspray on it. If you want to tease close to your roots, use the Little Wonder, not the bigger version.5
I have a LOT of hair, long and thick. Before, I was just using a simple section comb, which took forever. A hairstylist suggested I buy this, and it's been a complete difference! It easily divides sections with the end, and I am able to tease my hair more thoroughly, in a lot less time. Works better than any comb, and it will work with any hair type. It's a MUST HAVE for styling tools. I will also be getting the larger teaser brush for even bigger southern hair5
I have thick and long hair.. I usually end up pulling so much of my hair out when I brush it bc of how unmanageable it is after it's been washed and air dried. I used this and had no issues.. It easily brushed through my hair and I love it!! Don't know how I've gone this long without it!!5
