Besides having a supercute name, Spornette's Little Wonder Brush has been brushing and teasing tresses for decades. In fact, this miracle tool is one of the first brushes that founder Walter Sporn debuted in the late '50s, so you know it must be doing something right.
I am new to the whole teasing thing, but this brush has been very easy to use and has helped add volume and body to my hair.4
I'm not an expert at teasing - not even close. I have a hard time with my fine hair not making it look like a rat's nest. I love trying, though, and hope to get the hang of it. What I have used the most on this little brush is the tail-handle. It's great to part hair or separate sections.4
Teases without destroying my fine hair. Only tool I've used where I've managed to get any kind of lasting volume. Highly recommend.5
This is perfect for all types of hair. I love that it has the pointed end to separate the hair. Its just the right size to handle and easy to use.5
I tried and tried and tried multiple times to get a bouffant ponytail per the video instructions on the Birchbox website, but alas, it didn't work for me. I just looked like I had a very messy pony with flyaways. Sad days. If you have very thick hair, it gets weighted down and you can't really achieve the look...even with the amount of product recommended for use.2
As someone with super flat and straight hair, I love to use this when my hair needs a little body at the top. Works wonderfully and is great for a beginner such as myself.5
This thing is amazing. My hair is fine, but I have a ton of volume and this brush smooths my hair out so well. It really surprised me how much softer and shinier my hair was right away after using it. Not sure why I waited this long to get one, but I love it! Plus, a total steal for the price.5
Teased my hair beautifully without feeling like I was damaging it too much! I love the wooden handle. Easy to grip on to and I like the different kinds of bristles in it.4
i'm obsessed with this brush - it gives me the lift i need at my roots without looking like i've tried to get a bumpit. it adds just a touch of body and is a really strong product.5
I was told, now that I have longer hair it would be a good idea to use a natural boar bristle brush to disperse the oils from my head to the rest of my hair. I tried a large paddle boars hair brush but it just barely skimmed the surface of my very thick hair. I tried this smaller one and it worked a lot better, although I found it works the best when I brush it in layers. I was also told not to wash my hair eyeryday now that I have long hair so that it doesn't become brittle and dry so this hair brush really does help get the natural oils from the top of my head to the rest of my hair and I notice my hair is a lot softer and smoother. The pointy end also helps to make straight parts for when I braid my hair. It was also pointed out to me I could use it in self defense if I was ever walking home alone at night. (joking.) (not joking)5
