Besides having a supercute name, Spornette's Little Wonder Brush has been brushing and teasing tresses for decades. In fact, this miracle tool is one of the first brushes that founder Walter Sporn debuted in the late '50s, so you know it must be doing something right.
I have thick and long hair.. I usually end up pulling so much of my hair out when I brush it bc of how unmanageable it is after it's been washed and air dried. I used this and had no issues.. It easily brushed through my hair and I love it!! Don't know how I've gone this long without it!!5
I got this on a whim, not having ever really been much of a "teaser"... I've got to say, it gets the job done. I also don't feel like I'm damaging my hair as much as I might through other methods.
Minus one star because a few of the bristles have already fallen out -- tsk tsk, Spornette.
I don't like the "bumped up" look for my hair, but I do like to add body. This little wonder does the trick--and fast! I think it's a great tool for that job, and it would also work great for those who like to add a little extra height above the crown for ponytails or other styles. I am glad I picked this up at Birchbox.com!5
I was sort of skeptical buying this little brush just because I have never been able to tease my naturally straight hair with any other product but for some reason I decided to give this little guy a shot and I am really glad that I did! Great purchase for the price.5
Makes teasing a breeze- much easier than using a traditional rat-tail comb in my opinion. I felt that I had more control over the amount of teasing I was doing to each section of hair, and this brush made the "blending" or smoothing back over the teased sections so much easier! Worth every penny- looking forward to making this brush part of my everyday hair routine!5
I love this little brush. Its the perfect size to keep in your purse to fix flat hair throughout the day. And its great for brushing hair back into a ponytail/half-up style without getting the annoying bumps from regular brushes.5
Maybe I have not figured out what to use this brush for, that makes it really special. I tried the back combing and smoothing techniques, but really, my hair didn't do anything that great. It's not the brush's fault though :) I am still wearing a regular ponytail as usual.4
This brush is fab for teasing hair and I have thin hair to begin with. I use is all the time to help add volume.5
I like the fact you can tease your hair with this tool which adds volume plus brush your hair with the soft bristles as well. It is much more functional and versatile than the "rat comb" my mom always used.5
I use this brush more for getting a perfect side part than for teasing but its great at that too!5
